Terrible Experience at B M Gupta Hospital I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with B M Gupta Hospital.Complete lack of professionalism and organization on their part. The staff is highly uncooperative and lacks basic customer service skills. They seem indifferent to patients' concerns, offering no helpful solutions or updates. The overall experience has been third-grade, with nothing good to say about this hospital's management or services. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Avoid it if you can! Like

Due to some emergency, I went for Xray in the evening for my ankle. So, Xray guy told me to get the bill done before Xray and I went to billing counter and he followed me there and inform the billing staff that this is emergency case and told him to increase the Xray amount in a very slow voice. I am clearly listening to him what he was saying still it does not matter to him. I cannot argue with him as Xray need to be done immediately and also we cannot argue with them due to government rules. Now a days, hospitals staff are doing what they want to do in the name of rules. Even government is aware of what private hospitals are doing in the name of these rules. My family is going to this hospital from last 30 years but this was never happened before. This is first time, I face this kind of behaviour from hospital staff. May be this happened as Gupta Madam is not looking into these matters now. She is the only one who valued their patients as she knows how to build such big hospital starting from Single room in 1980s. Due to this incident , I have to think twice before going to this hospital even for a simple health checkup. This is genuine incident that is faced by me.

The staff n dr. are very nice. They treat the patient like their own family members. Every one is very polite kind and helpful. Specially the director Miss Dipali. She is a great example of a pure soul. I would recommend people to visit this hospital for the best treatment. ❤️

Excellent experience with BM Gupta Hospital. My both child birth in this hospital. I thankful Dr Meera Gupta Mam, Dr Abhishek Gupta & Dr. Raman Ghai. All staffs are very supportive.

one of the worst experience from the hospital side,. my mother admitted in hosiptail in which i need help from the hospital side, but there is no proper response from the hosiptal team, i write them over the mail , but no mail reply has been given, bus aap ajayo sir yehi kahtey rahtey hai. mail attached for the concern solution require & also a lady sitting on the reception or calling desk Ms. Kiran totally useless. no manner to attend the customer calling during a phone call. i called three times that i want the email id of mrd department, but she is not able to help or connect me to the mrd department
