I was taken to emergency and i saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful. They neither waste any time & nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that. Their priority was to taken care of arisen emergency, which they did it with extreme care. I had a gallbladder stone surgery there. All the surgical procedure was successful. Thanks to all team

Terrible Experience at B M Gupta Hospital I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with B M Gupta Hospital. My report has been pending since August 13, 2024, and as of today, I still haven't received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, the staff has no idea when the report will arrive or if it will ever arrive. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and organization on their part. The staff is highly uncooperative and lacks basic customer service skills. They seem indifferent to patients' concerns, offering no helpful solutions or updates. The overall experience has been third-rate, with nothing good to say about this hospital's management or services. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Avoid it if you can!

It's a worst hospital there aim is only to retrieve the money from patients Insurance Company. No good facility in providing to Patient. No Spunch bath for ICU patient. Bad Sheets are tearout from so many places. They charged so many things to insurance but actually it's not done. When you visit in the hospital their first question is Do you have insurance ? If yes then said you should admit in the hospital and if you don't have insurance then they refer to you in some government hospital. This hospital runs only on Insurance patients. They don't have their own Doctors, all doctors are on visit. They don't do any serious operation in the hospital, they just reffer them. They don't take any serious patient in hospital. So I advise first you think then go to in this hospital 🙏

Please cghs wale to is hospital me bilkul bhi na jao bohot bura behaviour hai cghs walo k sath inka aese krte h jese free ka ilaj kar rhe ho. Government hospital bhi bohot acha treatment de deta hai. Hmara experience to bohot bekar raha. Cghs sunte hi pure hospital staff ka behaviour hi change ho gaya tha hmare sath. Seriously bohot jyada bura lga. C section karne ke bawjud inhone ek room tk hme provide nahi kiya.

I had a really bad experience with Dr. R.K. Garg. He was extremely rude and didn’t make any real effort to understand my problem. Instead of listening patiently, he spoke in a very harsh and dismissive tone. B.M. Gupta Hospital is generally good, but Dr. Garg’s attitude was really unprofessional. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option.

My journey from pregnancy to delivery has been very good here. I have been treated with positivity right from the beginning. My first delivery was in some other hospital where my baby is still facing problems due to extreme carelessness. But here in the hospital, Dr Abhishek Gupta and Dr Shubhi Vishwakarma have taken good care of us in every way.
