Planning a marriage /function in Golden Tulip Chattarpur . Things that come free with booking 1)You are a bakra for them after booking. 2) Extra charges equivalent in dollars for indisan rupees u considered basics part of the package e.g fans in the pooja area 3) Delays- The whole function can get spoilt. Our reception on 17th april-16 could not be held. because bride fainted for A/C not functioning and 3 hours not an ant moved !! . Lakhs wasted . If this is not enough 4)The menu items halved, and that too not served 5) The plate charges double even when guests leave earlier without taking food . Plates counted doubled . No deductions for messy plates, extras a standard practice in other Golden Tulip franchisee 6)- After spending lakhs, you r under house arrest till you settle extras a few thousands even when staying in their hotel fully paid for two extra days beyond the function 7) Loss of valuables , jewellery in a flash from the dressing room under camera -while the function is on Even if after reading this you want to choose it like the normal dillians choosing kejriwal on promises or this will not happen to you . The place lacks professionalism, they are into service sector but they are willing to charge you for the service they don't even provide you with. I mean how are you into a hotel business, when you lack sense of professionalism. I paid advance for a wedding for which they didn't give any receipt, as it was online. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the wedding, I booked on 21st July, the wedding was postponed due to some reason so I called them to cancel on 23rd July, and still they were not ready to pay my money, not even a single penny. I understand you can keep a percentage of it, but no law says to keep the whole of it. Please do avoid this place. A humble request. Thank you Urwashi singh

Okay I booked this place because the cheapest option I could see for a 4 star hotel but my stay here has been pretty dismal and bad. I am visiting Delhi from a different state and as soon as I got in the person at the front desk told me that guests won’t be allowed in your room. If you wanna meet your friends/relatives u need to meet them at the lobby. When I protested and asked to speak yo the manager he hesitantly complied. Then the following day there was no power in my room for about an hour the reason they cited for that was there was some maintenance going on the next day there was a power cut for few mins as well. I Am an early riser I wanted to shower at 5 30 in the morning and that time they didn’t have warm water and I had to wait for another 20 mins for them to turn on their heater. The third day of my stay they didn’t serve complimentary breakfast stating as they don’t have enough guests the buffet won’t be served that particular day. Over all this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel so far. You might be tempted to book this hotel as this would be one of the cheapest options but Don’t book it you Surely gonna regret later.

A very picturesque location with extremely bad service. Hosted my wedding there. Once the hotel and decorators recieved the money, they started showing their true colors. The decorator : Amir Arora (owner Koncept) is only a goon who will end up doing only what he wants no matter what he/his team has promised. His team sweet talks you and promises the world, but when you near the final day they are seen no where. No supervisor is present when the decorators are doing their work. Being the bride, I myself had to run around and try to figure out why things were not being done. We were told that the venue will be decorated with real flowers but there were hardly any flowers and it looked bare. The inside hall (except the stage) looked like it was a conference. I was lucky enough not to fall into the water while getting married as the stage that was built collapsed during the ceremony. Moreover, the area was completely unsafe and I had many guests tripping and falling on frames of wood which were merely covered with cloth. This included my father who fell and hurt his leg very badly. The only good thing about this place is the food. Do not host any events here and if you do then definitely do not pay them before the event is completed. Pros: Food Cons: Decorator - Amir Arora (Koncept) and his team (Harvinder Singh, Aradhya Goswami, Pankaj Verma) Venue Management - Mahinder Singh (Manager), Parag (Sales manager) Rooms -they put together 2 single beds and tell you its a queen size bed in the room.
