Worst place to visit. It was an emergency I had to visit. After entering the room. There was odour in the room. Used bedsheets, towels, bathroom, pillow by previous person who were staying. I told them they said you should have inform earlier. I told them after 10 mins entering the room. The plates they served food in was already used. I saw the food stains on the plates( haldi ). After all this they charged extra money for food. The glass lipsticks was there. They charged extra money on food as well. Keep one thing in mind. It's not located in Chattarpur. It's way far than this. Sharing this so that you won't any mistake as I made.

Even after getting booking confirmation, there was no room available and I needed to wait for a couple of hours for getting the room. I paid additional 300 rs other than actual online payment. service was poor. I was stuck because reached to hotel after paying rs 400 in Uber. oyo customer support was also not cooperative because I booked through Goibibo. overall very poor and it is a scam. They had 14 more bookings but no room available which reflects poor coordination b/w hotel and online websites. Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

There was no proper parking for bike riders. They told that bike parking not allowed in this place. Guards did not support and just told take side road and there is another gate. But unable to get that way. At last I had to park my bike on main road. That was not safe parking. In short this garden does not permit poor people.

It's a wonderful time in this hotel. Rooms are clean and good. Room service is excellent. And way of communicating with customers is fantastic. If I visit Delhi I definitely stay there again. Thank Travel group Couple Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

Its in the depth of some local area and hard to go there , the property could be more better if they will focus on their reception and their staff as its the 1st point of intraction while i entered there was a guard for welcoming and on help desk unskilled persons were standing which makes it awkward.in rooms the basic ammenities were not there. Rest everthing was good service was really nice.

I went to this place to attend a wedding. The place has a huge hall along with a decent sized garden area. It is worth mentioning that they have two separate wedding areas. Also, it is located in a very accessible locality. It is about 6-7 kms from Chhatarpur metro station.
