The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

We had taken 10 rooms.Hotel is unbecoming of a franchisee for brand name Oyo. The washrooms require deep cleaning, there are cockroaches roaming around in rooms, the interiors require serious maintenance, the service is pathetic, all request fall on deaf ears. The room where breakfast was served was very dirty, when queried, the answer was staff is tired is not available for duty. They allocated rooms paid in advanceallocated to us to another part, out of 10 rooms allocated we got possession of only 9. AVOID this hotel Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Very good hotel in chhatarpur, Delhi, I have attended a event of my wife her Mrs. India galaxy compitition here, very well organised, good space, suitable place for big grand marriage. Good service, good hotel for foreigners too, loved it.

Pathetic customer service as I booked the room around in June July and it was confirmed. When I went to stay the hotel staff refused and said we r sold out. I told them I hv booking they said to call Oyo or Agoda directly we can't help you. Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

It's far from the crowded part of the capital. But not very far from metro. It has only 2 floors. It is spacious and appears to be luxurious. Has a pool and it's 'Imperial Ballroom' is huge and magnificent.

Good location, decent infrastructure. Hospitality is fine. Can do 3 large size parties/ marriages at one go. Have reasonable accommodation. Overall good place.

I had my wedding on 16th april ,2016 in Golden Tulip Chattarpur. My contact person was SHIVANI. I had two events on the same day. One event was in Ballroom and the other was in Imperial garden whose decoration was done by Koncept followed by concern person ROHAN. They took all money in advance and trust me they are worst I have seen in my life. They did not do decoration on time. It was suppose to be started in 9 morning but due to no decoration we had to do it at 12 pm afternoon. Also regarding decoration they cost you so much but the things you mention them they did provide you at the time of event. Now about SHIVANI, she dont know how to manage the stuffs I am completely pissed off by her work she screwed by wedding day by her improper management. In fact she also did not provide the things I mentioned on my list. Honestly It was not value for money, worst management, they greet you with fancy words but at the time of event they spoil a lot of things which matters to you. They spoiled my wedding day. I will never suggest any one to go for this place. It was big mistake to go on brand name.

Fabulous hospitality , amazing room and thanks to all the staff for helping us cherishing our moment in our birthday party. Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value
