The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

Very bad staff of general manager and talk so rudely with guests and i request every visitor don't visit at this palace

A decent place for undertaking Marriage & Social Events. Residential accomodation are also available for guests. Visiters gallery has an extra charm for viewers for enjoyment.

The staff here is hostile and unfriendly. My wedding was organised here and by far that was the worst decision we took. The staff gave us a very hard time; absolutely non-cooperative.

Its was very bad sty.......hotel says on make my trip only 2 rooms are available....but realit ye hai ki pure hotel me hamare hi sirf 2 room book the..... Garam pani bhi nahi mila humko 2 din....bole ki hum khlai aappke ki liye pur garm pni ka system chalu nhi kr sakate.... Food ke rates bhi 5 star hotel ki trah hai Lounge bar or swimming pool bnd hai.... Trip type Business Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 1

Nice destination for marriage. Well maintained. Awesome food. Smooth wallet parking arrangement. Clean wash room. Spacious room. Overall good experience.

Nice place to stay. Behavior or staff is also good. But the wifi is chargeable. I was shocked to hear that. Most of the hotels offers free wifi, but here it is chargeable. This was the only disappointment.

Booked online a double room but by mistake booked with a single person name, on arrival receptionist refused to check in two persons. Although there was a booking for double room they charged 2000/- extra for the mistake, which is fairly unreasonable in spite of all rooms were vacant & there wasn't even proper lighting. This is not a hotel it is a banquet with few rooms which are occupied occasionally.

Good food good service Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Cheaters!! Cannot follow Commitments. Thankfully I pulled out before the event or else don't know at what mess I would have been to.. do not go for any event at this place if you intend to plan any.. Warning!! These buggers asked me to change my wedding date as per their requirements when I was on the table with the cheque.. Thankfully I took the right decision in a minute and left the table.

A beautiful resort. The rooms are clean and the service is wonderful. It is very spacious and well-maintained. No lesser than a 7-star hotel. I will recommend Golden Tulip to all.
