J. S. Garden Banquet By Khanak

Good experience, excellent service Rooms are very clean and have all facilities

The food is amazing you will never regret The staffing decorum is outstanding The management is 10/10 Support 10/10 You should definitely mae this your first choice for your any upcoming event

Beautiful space. The rooms manager Mr. Suraj has been very cooperative throughout:)

Misleading promises and unprofessional behaviour by management I had booked this banquet for an event and paid the advance amount. At the time of booking, the staff verbally assured me that the advance would be refunded if I cancelled the event in advance. Relying on their assurance, I went ahead with the booking. However, when I had to cancel due to genuine reasons, the management completely changed their stance and refused to refund anything, citing the fine print on the form. This is extremely misleading and unethical, as their verbal assurance clearly contradicted their written clause. Even after multiple polite follow-ups, they showed no professionalism or courtesy. It’s disappointing that a hospitality business would behave this way — prioritizing short-term money over customer trust and goodwill. I strongly advise others to get every commitment in writing before paying anything here. Their words and actions do not match, and once they receive the advance, they stop cooperating. Very untrustworthy behavior.

We hosted an engagement function at JS garden on 2nd nov’25. Our guest were very happy arrangements were top notch our booking representative Uma is very very helpful she made it really easy for us to host the function smoothly. She was very cooperative be it arranging bridal room an hour earlier or finding right track for an on the spot dance performance everything was so perfect. Food is like cherry on the cake all the items were tasty and light on gut.
