Disappointed with False Claims and Poor Service I had a very disappointing experience at Kaya Clinic. They claim to have “new and advanced” laser machines for hair reduction, but that’s far from the truth. The machines are outdated, and the results are nowhere near what they promise. The doctors seem more focused on pushing treatments rather than giving genuine recommendations. Instead of assessing my skin and hair type properly, they insisted on multiple sessions that clearly weren’t necessary—just to make me pay more. It feels like they prioritize sales over actual patient care. Despite following all their post-care instructions, I saw minimal results. When I raised concerns, they brushed them off with vague explanations instead of offering a real solution. The lack of transparency and professionalism is shocking, especially for a clinic that markets itself as a premium brand. I would not recommend Kaya Clinic for laser hair reduction. Save your money and go to a place that actually delivers on its promises.

Had laxer session with Rashmi if was very great and comfortable. She explained me each and everything and also told me post care.

Had my sessions with soni pahuja a great friendly therapist and has a great knowledge of the field.Additionally she keeps you comfortable in the whole process and keeps on filling you up with the informative points of the process and how to take care of it and go head with it.
