Hii... I purchased a new Labrador puppy from the pet point.... Really very good and healthy puppy... Breed is also pure... I am really very happy to have this member in my family.... Staff is also very nice and cooperative specially Garima over here.... Good job... A very good experience....

Please don't be fooled by the owner of the shop - Karan . I bought a beagle pup from them on 25th dec . The puppy refused to self feed and even refused to eat cerelac from spoon also . These people refused to help and didn't even bother to call back and check on the pup . The pup lost 150 gms in 4 days .. Worst part he sold us the pup without his first vaccination which is illegal. He makes fool of people and doesn't bother about the dogs

I did not know that selling dogs is a business these days. I got to know about this place through a common friend who lost his dog when he availed some services from here. He showed me the CCTV footage of when the dog came to the store and The footage when he left. The dog looks really fine when he got into this place for a grooming session but he was really tired when he got out and will not move and just simply laid down on floor. I am more concerned about the days when it comes and you can buy human babies in stores too.

Worst dealer ever had. He will never revert you after he is over with his business. They are fraud and even sells things double the price. You should never visit them. They Very well know how to trick people. Dogs which they provide are not of pure breeds. And ones you are out of their shop he will never picks your call i assure you that.

They simply mint money for the services..Have no concern for the pet, the groomer literally cut my labrador's tail. When contacted the owner, he wanted the pictures, when if my pet would allow wouldn't I apply ointment on him, rather than seeing him suffering in pain. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, THEY DONT SANITISE THE BLADES AS WELL

Dear Karan I really hope someday you realise that making money is important but being passionate towards what you do will validate your profession. You clearly do not love dogs. My loveliest dearest little Maltese baby that I got from you left us within 6 months. She was weak, ill and infected but we really didn’t care. She was our baby to nurture. We had to be after your life to give us the papers. You gave after 5 months with wrong name and gender! I had to msg you to call me when my baby passed away. clearly you didn’t care. You made your money and probably got busy finding your next deal. If you were humane enough we would probably want to fill our void by taking another puppy from you. But seriously never again. I request everyone dealing with pet point to take the one * in the reviews seriously and look for other options available. There are good, honest dog breeders / dealers around !!

Please don't waste your time there if u r planning to buy puppy. They sent me pics of different dogs and when I reached there they wanted to sell another dog. When I asked reception lady about the dog which they sent me in pics and videos she said it's same however the difference was clearly visible finally other sales man from there shop agreed that this is different puppy. It takes 2 hours drive to reach and find this shop and irony of the story is I was continuously in touch with this lady and she was keep on saying that she has a dog which I selected. Finally they said shameless sorry. Pls avoid this shop and it's better to buy from good regestered kennel directly rather then such traders and commision agents. I want to give 0 star but unfortunately that option is not available

This is the worst shop in delhi, don't get fooled by the owner, never purchase any puppy from them without getting it tested, don't pay the full amount first, they play with the lives of dogs, the kennel they bring it from is not at all maintained properly. I had the worst experience with them, lost my puppy in a week because they fooled me. Please just don't go to them, there are alot of shops in west delhi.
