The Pet Point- Pet Shop & Grooming Parlor

Very unprofessional people. If they are not willing to do their job with decency then there is no point of doing it at all. I would suggest everyone to NOT buy dog from here. There are plenty more good shops in Delhi.

The Pet Point's services ( grooming especially) are remarkably excellent! They're trustworthy , honest and worth every penny. You wish pet ? They have them all. The best , too.

So after convincing my parents for good 10 or more months & saving up every day to get a dog in my life wasn’t enough a struggle, that i went to this shop to get myself a dog. Last year in april 2018 i decided to buy a Shitzu puppy from this shop (and this is after visiting the shop multiple times before actually getting a dog), in about late evening i was told to pick up my dog and so very happily i went and got this little baby in my life. The very first picture that i floated on social media of my dog got me into a situation where i got texts from more than 20 people that my dog doesn’t look like a shihtzu some told me it looks like a Saint Bernard, few told me he looks like a poodle, & few even told me he’s a mix of pomeranian & a shihtzu - . when i took hints and clues from internet and compared the facial features of my dog and a shihtzu puppy - there wasn’t even 20% similarity between the two. I got it in concern of the shop owner via watsap and i told him that there definitely is some mistake that has happened from his end to which he told me to send the pictures of my dog and asked me to wait for a day as he can connect with the breeder. For next few days i was told that he’ll let me know and other excuses. The next day when i pinged him, i was told that the breeder said it isn’t our 100% guarantee (ab humara control thode hai in sab cheezo pe kabhi kabhi ho jata hai) that was what i was told. After this i even asked the owner to meet me once with my dog and look at him and tell me a conclusion to this situation. To this i was stunned to a whole next level that i saved & paid 25k to get myself fooled? And to get this answer in the end? First case first - the pup that he sold me, he wasn’t even ready to see him live which was very shocking. After fighting for good 2 months over this issue one fine day my mom called this boy up and scolded him for fooling people in the name of business. The chat ended on a very downgrade level and in context of fooling me and not doing the business right i asked him for a solution for the mess he had done. SHOCKINGLY he had the audacity to give me options either giving the puppy back and taking the entire money back to him (imagine petting a baby to whom you’re close to for good 6-7 months , is asked to return?) & knowing the fact that the dog was a mix he now won’t even take care of him I obviously told him that I won’t give the puppy back. Hence he returned my 50% money back and it all ended. Other than this These people have one of the best collections for dog food/accessories/clothes/leashes a 5/5 for that. Grooming is one thing i rely blindly on them for, amazing service and hygiene- i even have recommended it to a lot of people who own a dog and look for a grooming parlor in W.Delhi so a 5/5 for that too. Oh now after nearly a year i have discovered my dog’s breed, it’s a mix shihtzu+Maltese+poodle. So ya and he’s the cutest dog EVER. A fraud turned out to be super lucky for me. Thanks

Nice faculty out here.. Nice gestures shown by the owner nd staff... Products quality are very good at a very healthy price. Some interesting pets are also here. At last.. Feels satisfied here nd probably one of the best pet Point in Delhi.

Pet Point has 2 outlets. One in Rajouri Garden and one in Punjabi Bagh. The basic products like pet food, bed, cage, toys etc are easily available. They have a vet at the Punjabi Bagh outlet, provide contact details of pet trainers, and have grooming facility as well. They usually don't have any discount on any products and have a variety of breed to sell at their stores. The store and team is good overall but I would love to suggest this - if you are thinking of having a pet, please try to adopt a pet rather than buying one.

One of the best places for getting your dog groomed. Amazing services and courteous staff. Special mention to the owner mr Akshay if I got the name right a gem of a person always greets with a smile. Would definitely come back. Hats off pet point.

Warning to All the pet lovers..Do not go to this place if you value your pet’s life.When I tried to speak to the owner / manager to clear it out, she refused to speak with me. Extremely unprofessional. Bad quality trimmer was used for my pet hair cut which resulted in skin rashes and minor cuts!! Not worthy, cutting style and employees are not professional. A strong advice to all pet owners stay away from shop if you care about your pets life. The owner's is very bad he says that people give him money so he takes and he is very greedy or u can say he is a theif and the dog he sales is of 3rd quality

Just visited this place and I'm glad to report that they have quality products with a vast variety. It'll surely satisfy your quest to provide top of the line care for your beloved buddy. Deducting one star for very poor parking facility in the congested market where their shop is located. So if you're new, be sure to look out for parking of your vehicle as soon as you enter the rajouri garden main market.

Bought 2nd time... good guy to talk to... I luv the quality of pups he has...
