One of our worst experiences. Sold us poor quality golden retriever puppy. After lot of complaints ,fights and a call from our vet Dr Anand they replaced the puppy. Thank god second one was good . Owner Karan is misbehaving. Haven't recieved KCI papers. Met lot of other people also cheated by them at our vet's place.

The pet point is the best place to buy dogs. I remember buying my first dog (pug) from here. The owner guided me about everything that I needed to take care of in the initial few months. Also the staff is very cooperative.

Worst place. They don't pick up the calls, don't tell you if they have the puppy or not. Wasted my whole Sunday. I visited them early morning, with a query for which they claimed to have a puppy available in their Dwarka Branch. Asked me to wait for 45mins for the puppy to come to their Rajouri Branch. Waited for an hour, after that they said they will bring to my address and now i have been calling them on all their numbers for more than 30 times, they are not picking up. If you dont have a puppy available, just say no straight away. Have respect for other persons time and emotions. PATHETIC SERVICE. Don't even want to give 1 star.

So my friend just bought a Labrador from the pet point. The outlet is perfectly fine and you can grab some really cool accessories for your pets be it a dog or a cat. Pet food is also available. In total following are the services- Pet food Pet accessories Pet grooming And obviously pets themselves XD Ans the most special thing is you might be able to meet new puppies or dogs which as a dof lover i personally love❤️

Best place to buy infected puppies! I would like to review the reputed “The Pet Point”. I bought a golden retriever puppy on 11th of December. I paid 26,000 for him. It was comparatively expensive but he was giving a very nice offer which included the first 3 vaccinations and KCI registration documents along with the chip. Sounds good right? Well that’s what I thought! So he gave us the pup saying u can collect the receipt after 3-4 days. I went for my pup’s vaccination, that is when I got to know that he was already infected. I had spent 6000 on his treatment(which is fine as he is my baby now). So this guy sold me an infected puppy. Upon asking about the vaccination, he said nothing was given to him as he was too small (The First Lie) Later we asked about the papers, he wasted our 3 Months. We kept running after him to get the papers as we paid extra for the papers and vaccinations. He kept saying give me a few more days. Even after insisting to confirm the same on whats app (as we had lost the trust by then), he kept saying “ap bharosa rkho mai roz ke 10-15 kutte bechta hu” Today he is telling us that who gives a puppy with papers for 26,0000 as the registration alone takes 10,000. This is how this man is running his shop for the last 18 years. (He says it very proudly though�) Clearly he fooled us as he has fooled many others. This guy is a pure businessman in d name of a dog lover. He is definitely “not the man of his words”. If you want to buy an infected pet and sign up for a free harassment session, so you are at the right place! In the end, his pets are more honest than him. May god bless him with some honesty and loyalty�

Would say that they have a very competitive pricing style when it comes to dogfood. They stock almost all dog food brands readily available in the city and good thing is the stock is not old. So you can be assured that you are not feeding a dog food thats months old.

Great place to get your pets pampered…A must visit for your fur babies.... Particularly the person named Akash was very good with my dog and the way he treated her and calmed while the bathing process was commendable. Thank you team...really appreciate the change of staff.

Best grooming for your furry babies!

I wish i can give negative stars, bought a golden lab puppy. He was very weak and ill earlier, we did not realize it as it was our 1st puppy. He sold it merely for profit. He make illogical statements when ever we try to argue. He cheated for the dog food also and gave to us costly. He sold lab for 10.5K where as the actual price for the same is 6K. We later got to know that he sold us a mixed bred lab and not pure one. I have to spend additionally 15k to save the puppy from getting died. The shop owner does not give Papers also when asked several times.
