The Pet Point- Pet Shop & Grooming Parlor

Its been 5 years that i bought my pet from this shop... Since 5 years i am connected to this brand bcz of the services they offered are unbeatable.. Perfect grooming of my pet, cooperating staff and shop owner's gentle behaviour... Perfect place for pets.. Bingo

Was looking for a pure breed of bull Mastiff,was hard to find, pet point proved that they are the best when it comes to getting you high quality breed of pets, besides that they give the best grooming sessions to our pets.. thank you Pet point.. keep up the good work

This is one of the worst pet shops I have ever been to . 1- No breed guarantee 2- Unhealthy Dogs 3- No customer satisfaction 4- They ask you to wait for 20mins and will take more tha 2hrs 5- once you buy something from them they ignore you ( don't reply , not accept the calls , even BLOCK you) 6- No kci papers I would not recommend anyone to purchase any damn thing from this shop.

The Pet Point has 2 outlets. One in Rajouri Garden and one in Punjabi Bagh. We bought our beagle pup from Karan at the Rajouri outlet and have been going to the Punjabi Bagh outlet for our pup's wash, toys, food and general check up. The basic products like pet food, bed, cage, toys etc are easily available at both outlets. They also provide contact details of pet trainers, and have an awesome grooming facility as well. They offer a basic discount on all products to regular customers and have a variety of breed to sell at their stores. The Vet, Dr Yogendra, sits at the Punjabi Bagh outlet only. He is very helpful with answering queries on mobile phone as well. Akshay & Divya of the Punjabi Bagh outlet and and their team is very good with pets and take an extra effort to solve all your queries.

They killed my pet. Me n my daughter took our 2.5 year old golden retriever for a normal bathing session on 3 rd March at around 1:30 pm at Pet Point , Rajouri Garden.He was perfectly healthy n fit when he went inside. He was little uncomfortable when he started blow drying him,so my daughter asked the owner to let her go inside many times , but he did not allowed her, saying that we don’t allow . When my pet came out , he was badly panting, couldn’t walk properly , we had to force him to walk . But he looked disbalanced. When I reached home , he could not get down from the car. When I pulled him a little , he got down painfully n just lied down on the floor. All this time he was panting heavily. I rang up the shop owner n asked him what was wrong with my pet, to which he said that my pet was in shock due to blow drier n will normalize in 2 hours. I was shocked to hear this , but had no option but to wait n see. Half an hour later , when there was no improvement, I was panicking as he was showing no reaction of our continuous calling him or even on giving him his favorite treat, he was also passing stool while lying down , which he never did .I rushed to Dr. Puri in Janakpuri, who had been his vet for past 2 years. I explained him the whole thing n also told what the shop owner had told me about shock. Dr.checked him n said he has a little fever n might have some allergic reaction to the shop’s shampoo or must have swallowed some soap n his renal reflexes have weakened as he was passing stool again while lying down. Dr. gave him a shot for fever n allergy n told me take him home n observe him n bring him the next day . On reaching home , my pet stayed in the car for about one hour before he came out but could hardly walk. With great difficulty, he got up n I took him home. But his condition was same he did not walk after that not did he ate anything. All this time , every hr. I was on the phone with the dr. telling him the pet’s condition. I called up the shop owner again , he said we can come n check the cc tv footage n the shampoo. Around 11:30 , my pet started having fits, so we rushed him to Sanjay Gandhi hospital. But he was gone till we reached there , we could not save him.

Best place for pet grooming, dog food and their accessories. One of the place available nearby. Everyone is really helping and humble. They treat the pet very nicely which gives them a homely feeling. Highly recommend this place.

It's an awesome experience visiting this Pet Shop. No other Pet store in Delhi could have such a humble and friendly staff. I was impressed with the helping behaviour of the owner and also they have the best collection of products in the market.

They have a variety of dog items. They're an authorized dealer of Farmina which in my opinion is the best dog food brand and is not available in that many stores. However, for purchasing treats and other stuff I'd recommend Manchanda Medicos in Tilak Nagar, near the Tilak Nagar police station. They sell good quality products at cheaper prices and you can even buy stuff for stray dogs at a further discount. In terms of hygiene the staff at Pet Point can do better. The owner took off his mask while talking on the phone and there was no effort to make sure social distancing was being followed.

Good for accesories or other things..but keep your pet away from their grooming side...they are not good at all...i went there for my cat's grooming (we all know cats do need ×10 cleanliness than dogs)they were grooming a dog before my cat and after that they didn't sanitize anything and kept my cat on that table...they dried my cat with that blower which is basically used for dogs...they didn't cover my cat's ears with cotton...just because of force of water my cat's eyes are watery now and he is not able to open his one eye...I am not satisfied by their service...before taking your pet their think about it... Thier shop is only good for providing other things like food, shampoo and other accessories. Moreover they tied my cat through his stomach while bathing

Main 5 star isi liye de rahi hu 4 dinn pahele humne inki yaha se puppy li thi jis kal maut ho gayi. Ye jhut bol ke galat puppy bechte hai. Jiski first vacination tak nahi karaya aur hume jhut bola. Ye sirf paisa kanana janta hai chahe wo tarika kuch v ho . Shame on u mr karan kisi ki jaan ki sauda kar ke aamir ban na 👎👎👎👎👎. Bhagwan na kare jo humari puppy takleef se gujre wo apki parivar mein kisi ke sath ho . SHAME ON YOU. Fostoria inse kavi v puppy le ne se pahele achchi tarah pata kare 🙏🙏🙏🙏
