Excellent quality puppies. The thing that struck me when I visit the pet point for the first time was that unlike other pet shops they keep the puppies in a very clean way. Complete hygiene is maintained.

I am totally disheartened. I saved money and bought a member for my home . A cute lab puppy but he sold us infected parvo puppy . He was ill and have running nose . We dont have knowledge . He told that this is only for few days as he lfet mother milk feeding. He is fraud . A very big fraud. He is biggest fraudster in delhi .

My review is regarding the online purchase i made. First they claim to do FREE Shipping on orders above 799/- and clearly they didn't offered this deal. Secondly they take 2-3 days just to process your order Thirdly their courier partner is a drama queen they take another 3 days just to pick up the courier. Its been a week since i placed a prepaid order and i still haven't received any shipping confirmation. Please avoid buying from them online.

I am a regular at The pet point for grooming of my 3 dogs. Never ever faced any issues. The ow ers are so much involved which shows the dedication towards the profession. Keep it up

The owner Karan is worst person to deal with.. he hasn’t provided us any papers for the pup.. and the golden retriever has bitten my kid badly which isn’t trait of this breed.. so I feel the breed is nt pure.. we called him up for resolution but he hasn’t reverted.. I will soon upload the pics on social media to show how the pet has bit my kid.. and would take legal action against the owner.
