Unorganized. The owner is quite a greedy person who want to earn more and more without providing any Facility to customers. Air filling is so slow as only one filling machine works for both two wheelers and for wheelers. Available space is also conjusted. One air filling machine is out of order for more than 6 months but owner is not interested to get it repair as he want to save his money.

All staffs are very good & Good Service

Horrible service. The staff is clueless about using HP Pay. They dont know the concept of scanning, and because of their lack of knowledge, I had to pay rs 3400 twice because their system is screwed up as well. I am amazed at their lack of knowledge. Never visiting this again.

Just a regular petrol station with regular functions. Good thing is that they have a motorcycle service point, a place to inflate your tyres and a pollution certification centre for your bike and car. You feel hungry while filling petrol or while servicing your bike, hop inside the momos restaurant. (Yeah! They have that too.)

Today I went to HP Petrol Pump Dewan Service Station situated in front of Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar for Top Up of Nitrogen Gas in tyres of my car. The employee deployed there for this service checked each tyre of my car one by one in front of me and told me that air pressure i.e. 35 points was already there and there is no need for top up. Then he asked for 40 rupees for the top up But I told him you have not filled any gas in the tyres but since he provided me service I paid him 20 rupees. After that he started misbehaving with me and started abusing me. So I just wanna say that be careful to all the consumers while topping up and having petrol from this station.

Provided services like Petrol and Diesel filling, Lubricants, Pollution check, Air pressure check, Tyre puncture repair services, .. Problem here is that it is crowded most of time and because of indisciplined people chaos and disorder is created here .. I think it has something to do with "Me First" attitude of some people so queue-cutting and queue-jumping is common here ..It's not just that people lack patience, but also they lack civic sense... It is crowded for two reasons one it is located on busy Nazafgarh road and second it is only Petrol pump between Moti Nagar Chowk and Najafgarh. .. No complaint with staff they try their best.
