It was great experience for me especially It’s my first solo trip I enjoyed and made memories and was able to meet so many new faces

I booked a trip with Global Travels but had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, rain disrupted the plan, and instead of managing the situation properly, the company shifted us to a tempo without any clear communication. The vehicle itself was poorly maintained, with uncomfortable seating and bad gear, which made the journey even worse. The management was extremely poor, and the service from team member Astha was unhelpful and frustrating. On top of that, we were asked to pay extra charges for visiting places that should have already been covered in the package. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, mismanaged, and far below expectations. I would not recommend Global to anyone looking for reliable or comfortable travel services.

I would absolutely give Glabol Tours and Travels a zero-star rating for their fraudulent and unprofessional behavior. Our planned trip to Leh Ladakh was canceled due to a sudden flight cancellation, and we were promised a full refund of our payment. However, despite numerous follow-ups, the company abruptly reneged on their commitment, refusing the refund and offering a useless credit note instead. Their unprofessional attitude, poor communication, and blatant disregard for their promise make this experience feel like a complete scam. I strongly warn others against booking with them.

Absolutely terrible experience with this travel agency. We booked through them expecting to cover 5 places as per the itinerary, but thanks to rain the plan was cancelled. That part is understandable, but what’s not acceptable is how the agency handled it – or rather, didn’t handle it at all. Instead of helping us with alternate plans or at least managing the situation, they left us on our own without any support. In the end, after taking full payment, their “solution” was just to show us one place and call it a trip. That’s not compensation, that’s cheating. No professionalism, no responsibility, and zero customer service. Once they get your money, you’re on your own. Wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone – they ruined the whole experience. It was the best experience with Glabol. Will definitely recommend people to join them and experience the fun. The stays were awesome. The captain and driver were the best.

We’ll had a really good time with Glabol. We were heard for everything we asked throughout the trip. I guess that feels best when you are heard. I would recommend to definitely give them a try for your upcoming trips. My trip was leh ladakh,, Nirij(trip leader), Ravina(trip booked through her) and Astha(operation teams) were truly amazing.

I am known to be an ardent traveler, saying so, I have been a part of multiple group travel organizers...but by far glabol had been my best experience. As a solo traveler, there is always an anxious feeling, as to if I'll be able to fit in or left out, but at the glabol the team captain Abhishek S ensured that the group stuck together through the thick and thin of the trip. Every small detail was taken care with utmost attention. Right from the itinerary, stay, food, traveler as well as the entertainment, all of it was just perfect. I couldn't have asked for more, it was the most memorable trip thanks to glabol, their team captain, and the lovely friends for life I made in the midst if the blissful clouds of meghalaya. And like I always say; " a solo trip is never really a solo trip, you end up meeting the best of the people and make memories for life "

I have done srinagar leh manali 11 days bike tour with glabol, great experience, all hotels, tour manager and staff are experienced and also humbled with us. Thank you all glabol team for this wonderful tour.
