Update : The scammer organization is deleting reviews!! Beware of them. Do not fall into their promises It was a worst of an experience with the Glabol's People and management staff specially Aastha. She lacks basic communication skills and is very very rude in her behavior. We wanted to Book two seats for SIC, She without any further notice canceled our seats under the name of their worst crafted policies (This cancellation was not infact the part of their policy). She is the one who miscommunicates everything. This was from the management side. She talks to their customers very rudely. I don't understand why such people is made to face the customers when they lack these skills. Moreover, Our trip of spiti had a Marshal named Siddharth and a captain Jimmy. Both were good and they supported us but the bikes were not in a good condition. Many times brakes used to get failed. Also protective riding gears were very old. The most important safety thing on any bike trip is helmet. All of their helmets were in the worst condition. when complained, they replied "you should have brought your own if you cannot adjust ". They are playing with the safety of their customers as well. Overall worse experience

I recently went on Ladakh tour with glabol and while the overall journey itself was beautiful because of the destination and my friends, my experience with glabol was disappointing. The bikes provided were not properly maintained—frequent breakdowns and small issues made the rides stressful instead of enjoyable. I felt that queries and concerns during the trip were met with careless or dismissive answers rather than genuine support or solutions. When you’re traveling in a tough terrain like Ladakh, you expect a company to be more attentive and responsible towards its customers. There’s definitely potential here, but unless they start maintaining their bikes better, show more care towards customers, and improve the way they handle communication, it’s hard to recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. Although the trip was booked and paid for in full, the itinerary was disrupted due to rain. While unforeseen weather is understandable, the agency failed to provide any alternative arrangements, proper communication, or assistance. Instead, the entire plan was reduced to a single visit, which was far below what was promised in the package. The vehicle provided was poorly maintained, and the staff offered little to no support. Overall, the service lacked professionalism, responsibility, and proper management. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable travel experience.

I recently went on a group trip to HIMACHAL that I was really looking forward to, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.The tour organisers will be highly active on till they receive their full payment, after that no one cares. To make matters worse, the flights and trains were rescheduled due to poor weather due to which we were unable to join with rest of the group on time but the tour organisers seemed indifferent to the inconvenience , rather trip organiser named Miss. ASTHA told us rudely that it’s none of her business. They didn’t even bothered to call us and enquire that whether we are coming or not. It was we who repeatedly called and asked for assistance. The hotels was subpar, with torn linens and unclean rooms. The food was below average , making it hard to enjoy the dining experience. We spent excessive time traveling, and the tempo we used was in poor condition, making the journey even more uncomfortable. This left little opportunity for actual sightseeing, and the poorly organized itinerary resulted in rushed visits to would-be interesting locations. Overall, I would not recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fulfilling travel experience.
