Booked bus for Mumbai bedsheet is very dirty i did complaint many times but they didn't change bedsheet. Now a days bus service is very worst.
Their buses are mind blowing. The comfort and experience they offer is not available everywhere. Every time I have to travel overnight I prefer Raj Ratan buses.
Very unprofessional response of staff and call center, frequently fluctuation in rates and unhygienic sleeper cabin of bus in COVID19 pandemic. Even about hygiene it need to be imformed to higher government authorities. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Very comfortable n on time bus service. Highly recommend. Need to improve waiting lounge which was just a shed.
Overall experience was good. They provided blanket, cusion and the interior was also good.
Me and my son travelled through this bus recently. The journey was good.
Well I travelled from Indore to Mumbai…bus was on time. Must say the bus was well maintained & driver & other staff were very decent & he drove the bus very safely !!
Worst service ever! Did not get tracking details for my bus, bus left the stop ten minutes before the designated time and there was absolutely no one to reach our or connect with. Will never book Raj Ratan again for any journey.
Does not fulfill there amenities, tv not working, lot of mosquito inside bus, no water bottle
