Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

Pathetic experience, what they say about timing vs what they deliver has a Huge difference. Got late by 4 hours, faced this twice in 1 month. Never going to book services with Raj Ratan henceforth. Big time No 👎🏻

Very comfortable travel. The bus left on time but was late by an hour by the time it reached Pune. Ticket prices are at peak and overpriced when you book on 11th hour.

On time start and before time drop. Bus with good suspension and clean interior.

One of the fov bus for me very comfortable and clean.

One of the worst travels...they don't care about customer they only want to deliver parcels almost late by 3hours. Pathetic service

Worst experience , the bus is literally wombing and ac leakage is worst , the staff is rude and not helpful

Hated it , super worst travel service I have ever experienced, rude behaviour of the staffs, the customer service which I called hung up without answering my questions and he's very rude, like this is not how you treat anyone . They made us stop at Indore for more than 8 hour and there were no restrooms , where will we go in this scorching heat ? They just gave a statement we cant help you need to sit out on chairs with all the vehicle dust and all ,it's totally unacceptable, we got no option we are new to the place where should we go , we paid such a high amount and we get this service . Would never recommend, please don't travel with this travel provider.

Best class service, best Quality buses don't go for any other Traveling company other then Raj ratan travel for indore to Pune or Pune to indore Don't buy Verma travelers you will have worst experience

Volvo buses are very comfortable, from Mumbai early evening bus should be started to reach Indore by 5.30 to 6
