Oh god! What a pathetic behavior by Dr. Brijesh Gupta. Let me share my case briefly. At ratanpur I found a cow bleeding so through 1962 tollfree I admitted to state veterinary hospital bhopal where I wants to know what happened to the cow and how will the treatment will go ahead so Dr. Brijesh very rudely asked his stuff why he is in this hospital area which is restricted and said to me you don't interfere here in the hospital as there are numerous cows are here we are taking care of instead you complaint against the cow owner so my point is when anyone visits the doctor he/she wants to diagnose the disease right so why haven't I got the answer and secondly your work is just to treat the animals whoever comes instead lecturing a guy who came for your help. VERY DISAPPOINTED BEHAVIOUR DOCTOR BRIJESH GUPTA!

Doctors cannot even give time to their own work. My 3-month-old kitten was sick, the doctor was only listening to what happened, didn't even look at her, prescribed 3 injections for 3 continuous days, not even instructing anything, no check ups, JUST NOTHING. Eventually, my cat died on the 3rd day. It was not like there were so many patients waiting in queue, absolutely no one and that doctor was one of the seniors. She wasn't even looking interested in her job. Better to get a family doctor who can give time to check up your pet.

This hospital has been a treat to pet owners. Majorly a person looks for an affordable medical check up for his/her pet, a good knowledgeable doctor along with some care coordinators to assist you throughout ur baby's check-up. This hospital has upgraded itself from the place that I visited a few years back. Will definitely recommend everyone to visit it. One complaint I do have with the authorities is that, they need to maintain the place with a little hygiene. The only thing that is lacking in this hospital is hygiene. Rest is good.

Charges for animal shaving without informing, Casual behaviour towards animals which they are payed for which they opted in their NEET examination. Be a VIP you and your pet get good treatment .

300 की रसीद काट दी सोनोग्राफी की और डाॅ स्वयं ने कह दिया कि इस मशीन मे कुछ भी नही दिखता है। अगर मशीन खराब है तो यह लूटामारी क्यों?? अगर कोई प्राईवेट अस्पताल ऐसा करती तो सरकार उसके खिलाफ जांच बिठाकर तत्काल ताले डलवा देती...

I wish there was an option of zero or even minus star. The doctor there (Dr. Shrivastava) didn’t even listen to my problem properly or looked at my pet, wrote unnecessary investigations and too much medications for him, but when I asked him to write an X-ray, he took it on his ego and refused to write one. (Also he doesn’t know how to read an X-ray). Ultimately another helpful female doctor wrote an X-ray for my pet and then only with its help, a clear diagnosis was made. Had dr shrivastava written a simple X-ray investigations before, it would’ve brought more time for my pet and would’ve saved from troubling that little soul unnecessarily. Most of the doctors don’t even do a proper examination or even listen to you. My pet lost his life because of their carelessness. Also they’ll ask you to bring medications and needles from the outside. And let’s not talk about hygiene at all.

Wonderful Staff, Limited Resources (for Now) 5 stars I recently brought some stray dog puppies into this hospital and was very impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and appreciative of us taking care of these animals in need. They did a thorough examination and provided the best possible care, despite some limitations. Here's what stood out: Compassionate Staff: Everyone we interacted with, from the receptionists to the veterinarians, showed genuine care and concern for the puppies. Detailed Examination: The staff took their time to properly examine each puppy and determine the best course of treatment. Unfortunately, there was a lack of some government-supplied medications. While we were able to find the needed medicines at a nearby store, it highlights the importance of: Government Support: Increased access to essential medications, especially rabies and other crucial vaccines, would make a huge difference in caring for street animals. This would ensure everyone has access to these life-saving preventatives. Focus on Street Animals: Providing readily available vaccines, particularly for strays, would significantly improve their health and well-being. Overall, this hospital provided an excellent experience with a very caring staff. With a little more government support in terms of medication availability, they could make an even bigger impact on the lives of stray animals. Experience at the hospital was very good we took the street dog puppies they all welcomed us and gave a very good appreciation still all the medicines are not available by the government but we found the medicines at nearly medical store but government should provide rabbies and other important vaccine so that everyone can get access also at least vaccine to street animals specially.

I went there for a 7 week old stray kitten, who is suffering from vomit and diarrhea. The doctor prescribed 4 injection to this little fellow but the situation became worse. There was a young female intern or doctor, she seems very nervous, she didn't know how to use a syringe. She injected the syringe wrongly, due to which the kitten became paralyzed. Now, who will the accountability of a 7 week old stray kitten.
