Most of the doctors and staff are very negligent and do not care about your pet at all. I lost my kitten today because of their negligence.

Worst doctors and staff.. careless people .. just working as a doctor for money. My dog died today after three days of injection. Bs drooling ki problem thi aur 3 din k injections k baad kl se vomiting kr rhi thi aur aaj mar gyi. Bas paiso k liye job kr rhe hain sb . Janwaron se koi matlab nhi h in doctors ko bina dekhe ,bina check kre injection dete hai.

For most parts, it's an above average facility which does not necessarily feel like the stereotypical 'government hospital'. The staff is not overly rude, but can definitely be a lot more patient with the pet parents who, like in my case, can be clueless about the procedure. The doctors, however, on both the Occasions that I visited the hospital, did not so much as even touch and hold the animal. Not sure if I'd be assured if they are actually treating the animal for what it's actually suffering from. But, otherwise, it's a good place to bring your pet for regular vaccination and small injuries.

i found a stray kitten lying in my office along with her three dead siblings and her mother grieving . I took one to a veterinarian but she didn't even touch it and gave us a few injections and antibiotics. We took our kitten at home and found out that she had a broken neck and biting marks which the vet didnt even care to. It was late at night so we took the day off and tried to close the wounds but our kittens blood didnt stop. She cried the whole night and at morning she was over breathing and we took it to this hospital, the doc didnt even knew where to insert needles and was asking us to bring the items ONE BY ONE and when we told her that it was a stray he didnt even listen anymore and gave a needle to its stomach, her stomach swolled and vet was saying that it was a mistake, he asked for another one to the needle but we didnt buy it and took our kitten home. She died vomiting after the injection.

Less officers working I have never seen more than 2 doctor rooms open for the pets in the hospital in one shift. The crowd which comes is huge & the management is not that good, you have to go back and forth on the same counter/window where it creates chaos because you really do not want to have an argument with fellow pet owners on your queue position. Overall if you genuinely want to save money this is the place it takes good 2 hours per visit, the observation room where the pets get injected with medicine or getting saline drip is one of the most untidy and smelly place in the hospital.

Very bad Experience No Proper infrastructure or facilities Or sath hi doctor yaha ke acche nhi hai ego me rehte hai khud ki clinic pe jane par hi acche se ilaz karte hai sath hi lab wale bhi acche se checkup nhi karte government ko yaha sudhar karna chaiye

The services are very poor. The doctors did not even see the pet and gave medicine ,vaccinated without even asking about the condition. My cat's condition became worst after getting injections from this place. Kindly take your pet to private bet instead of this government vet.

The staff is very rude, and there is no separate section for cats and dogs, which results in making cats, goats, and other animals stressful. Also, the "vets" are not properly trained; if your pet needs an injection or IV drip, they will not help you; you will have to manage it on your own. The only thing they'll do is just inject the medicine you'll have to manage with your stressful pet on your own. And don't even get me started on the hygiene. The hospital smells so bad.

The doctors are very bad , they refer to their pvt clinics , they hike the price of medicines, some people in the hospital are nice and helping including doctors , but some doctors are horrible , he didn't prescribed the medicine even it was available in the hospital and asked me to buy the 4000₹ worth of injection. But another docter diagnosed by dog nicely.
