Don't think so that these doctors are qualified or not because don't even know how to treat an animal. Just doing formality of checking without touching or anything. Owner knows more about his pet than doctor so they have to believe what owner is telling about the condition... I recommend only when there is no emergency. Negative Responsiveness, Value

worst hospital ever. They don't care if animal die or live. I went to the hospital to check stray cat which fell from height and limping on right side of back leg. I went 3 times there and every time they ask to check temperature of the cat and after write injections to give. when 1st time I went they gave shots and tell me to observe for 2-3 days if cat is limping(first of all for their knowledge cat is not ours, stray cat don't stay with unfamiliar faces.I found they were ignoring the cat). I took care of cat anyhow and went their after 5 days for 2nd time( for some reason I was late to go) , they again check the temperature and gave shots and write x-ray for cat but x-rays department was close for 2 days because the faculty was taken day-off. after 3 days i went there for 3rd time and finally they took x-ray but they told me their might be some problem in joints, I think they were ignoring to look further for possible surgery or they could not found what is the exact problem cat having.and finally they told me to take care of cat with calcium medicine and do bandages and give force rest to the cat. I am very disappointing with them. Government should take some actions against them. Animal life is precious as humans. Negative Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality

Dr.brijesh gupta only listening to what happened, didn't even look at her, prescribed 3 injection, not even instructing anything, no check ups just nothing

Do not take your pets here! They did not even diagnose what the problem withy cat was and gave him injections after injections. When he did not recover for more than 10 days and had gotten extremely weak, then they took his blood to examine but it was too late. He was already weak and they took his blood which caused him his death. Absolutely worst doctors who do not care a bit about your pets. Government did a fine job here. The machinery is the best quality of one's you can get in bhopal. Only time is the issue here. Processes are a little slow but still worth the time. I rescued a wounded puppy from highway and they treated him with good care and now the puppy can walk. The consultation charge is just 25 Rs.

They do not give fake hopes and the is also good .The disease of my pet was immediately diagnosed on the first day when we went to the hospital and the treatment was also started immediately ,they told us my pet. Is in critical state.Doctors are good and the staff are very helpful.

This is for everyone who finds any animal in need. One of the stray puppy got into an accident and stopped eating altogether. We took her here in the morning and Dr. Sharma’s treatment worked really well. After one day only there was improvement even though she had not eaten since 3 days. She received drips and injections. Procedure is pretty simple-After getting slip at reception, get the temperature of the dog and go to the dr. Get the prescription signed and take the dog for their medication. All of this costs only 20 rs including the medicines. Generally they have all the medicines which are required including NS drip. The workers are also good. The whole procedure hardly takes 45min-1 hr even if it’s crowded which it is most of the time. This review is for anyone who finds an animal in distress and doesn’t know what to do. If you are willing to give your time and a little bit patience, you can save the animal’s life.

Zero on ward cleanliness ( don't even expect it) Doctor was fine though he doesn't examinated my cat properly. He was not able to figure out where exactly is fracture was and asked us to take injections. I read other vet reviews and then thought to give it a try for gov hospital.. But that turned out to be a bad decision. Fees&other prices are considerably good. But this doesn't fullfill the need.
