I have taken my pet female labrador in around 8oclock in evening she is totally collapsed i am not sure wheater it is heart attack or heat stork only componder are there no doctor is there only few injections were given by them like paracetamol etc. she passed away in the late night around 3.45 21 april 2023 i tried to save her a lot but i couldnt may her soul rest in peace

Worst experience ever.. i had a kitten suffering from hypothermia. Doctor didn't gave any emphasis on her critical condition . Even he didn't told me any do's and dont or gave me any advice. After i brought her home , my kitten passed away after 2 hours. While for a proper treatment he should have advice me to raise her temperature externally or anything. Even he didn't told me for follow up until I asked him after getting her injections and then he told me to bring her next day .. but unfortunately she passed away.

This is the best hospital in Bhopal city for animals and doctors are also very helpful. You can also give a street dog at this hospital if it is sick or need medical attention. I gave a street dog here and they returned it to me when it recovered from wounds. The dog orphanage house is very close to this hospital.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The doctors (all of them) are a bunch of ignorant, shameless, illiterate piece of ****. They don't take animal illness seriously. They would just wait till it's too late and ask you to go home. The chances of your pet getting infection from the hospital is huge! The slabs are dirty. They use used syringes until you ask them to use fresh ones. They staff and the doctors have god complex. DO NOT GET YOUR PET VACCINATED FROM THE DOCTORS THERE. they use SUBSTANDARD vaccines which has the record cases of disease coming back. The profit margin of those vaccines is huge for the doctors. They'll kill your pets from that substandard vaccine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!

Hospital surrounding and buildup is very nice but not at all hygienic and the doctor really seem to be very proud of him and egoistic, I went to hospital for my dogs checkup that doctor don’t even bother to check her and gave 3 injection to give her daily 1, my dog had vomited in morning I got scared why she did so, that doctor didn’t even asked anything just listen to me that what happened to my dog and give the prescription. He didn’t even asked that what my dog ate last night nothing, god nows how do they do the treatment, I refused to give those injections to my dog, Very bad treatment

I don't like this hospital , they don't tell the actual solution neither the problem ... They just give injection without knowing much cause , they gave my cat 5 injections by just listening to what I said the results didn't came out ... Next day he repeated the medicines without even talking to us , he was being rude to us and not even giving answer as to what was really cause of problem That's not done govt official hospital so bad

It was good but can be better There's few suggestions 1. Bring your own thermometer 2.theres quite patient rush so calm down and wait 3.there's veterinary intership student also there, they're docs so behave properly to them Now most important You're the owner of your animal so handle them, put muzzle and put him on table if you can't do that than leave without treatment No one deserve to handle stupidity 4. Owners behaviour there is so aggresive and wierd, doctors are there to help you not argue with you😏

There are many doctors treating various animals everyday. Cleanliness is an issue here. Very old building and cabins. Need to renovate the hospital. However the fee is quite less. So, mediocre families go treat their pets here.

Worst hospital the doctors don't check your pet properly they just listen to what you are saying and give medicines on the basis of it only . My bird's leg was fractured and they didn't put the fracture tape properly due toh which my litte baby was in pain and he died. Please don't visit here specially for birds just go to private hospitals . Due toh these doctors a small baby bird has gone, they took his life.
