Excellent experience at HOD Rajouri Garden. The staff was courteous, the pediatric blood collection was handled very professionally, and the entire process was quick and child-friendly. Highly recommended.

The timings informed of the echo were 7:30- 8:30am. But the doctor is not available till 8:30, and they are justifying by saying if mam comes late then she stays till late also. Similarly with USG abdomen, patient has to stay NPO, we were informed it starts by 8am, first come first serve basis, we were waiting since 7am as my mother can’t stay NPO for long. But on reaching the centre they told us doctor comes by 8:30am only.

Visited for my mother’s CT scan. Very courteous staff especially Charu who helped us with a speedy procedure given the condition of my mother. She smooth lined the entire process right from billing, medical documents and getting the tear through on priority. Thanks

Easy and hassle free service. I went there to get my wife's tests done and there was no waiting. Tests were done within minutes and we were free. The staff was very helpful, polite and the best thing is their charges are cheap and best in the industry. It was a wonderful experience with HOD ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

# Disappointing experience – complete lack of privacy and professionalism ​House of Diagnostics (HOD) may have a big brand name, but the service quality here is extremely poor. I recently visited for a prenatal ultrasound, and the entire experience was disappointing and stressful. ​First, patient privacy was completely ignored—the scan room door was left open while the ultrasound was being conducted, which is totally unacceptable. On top of that, the radiologist/doctor was arrogant, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. They refused to answer basic queries regarding the scan and showed zero empathy. ​While HOD might be adequate for routine blood tests, I strongly advise against going here for sensitive procedures like ultrasounds or advanced scans. Not recommended at all.

HOD is one amongst the best and leading diagnostic and tests lab in Delhi. The facilities and service is all good and worth praise. The prices of tests are quiet reasonable. The team of technicians and support are very cooperative. Atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. Overall am happy and glad that I opted for HOD Rajouri Garden Branch for my MRI and tests.

Review for the ultrasound department. I went in to get an emergency kub ultrasound done. The doctor appeared to be in some kind of hurry and completed the scan in a couple of minutes. Didn't even bother to do the post void scan. His attendant/technician did the final scan. Reporting is bad. Looking at the previous reviews, it appears HOD isn't bothered about customer feedback. Never visiting again.

Highly Unprofessional, Misleading, and Pathetic Customer Service! We had an absolutely horrible experience at House of Diagnostics (HOD), Rajouri Garden today. We booked a Semen Analysis test here after being explicitly assured by their team during booking that a proper, private, and separate room/cabin would be provided for the sample collection. However, upon arriving at the lab, the staff completely changed their words and rudely told us to use the common washroom for the collection. This is not only a blatant case of misinformation and miscommunication but also highly unhygienic and insensitive toward the patient's privacy and comfort. Semen analysis requires a clean, stress-free environment to ensure sample integrity, and forcing patients into a public/common washroom after promising a private room is unacceptable. Complete lack of empathy and terrible customer treatment. Prospective clients beware: What they promise over the phone or during booking is a flat-out lie. Strongly do NOT recommend HOD Rajouri Garden for sensitive medical tests.
