I had a very good experience during my visit. The doctor was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly. The staff was also polite and helpful. Such a pathetic service in HOD at Rajouri garden.We were in line, but other people kept going ahead of us. The doctors were excellent, but the assisting staff was terrible; they didn't even know how to treat a patient. Receptionist don't know how to treat the guest just scrolling on their phone. My mother is suffering from knee pain So, I asked them to attend to us as soon as possible; even though we were already in line, they sent another patient in before us. The receptionist doesn't seem to know the proper order for sending patients in.

Absolutely pathetic and irresponsible experience at HOD Rajouri Garden. We specifically chose Open MRI because my mother is highly claustrophobic and physically cannot tolerate a closed MRI machine. We trusted the staff and paid full charges expecting professional and accurate medical imaging. Later, after consulting our orthopedic surgeon, we were informed that the MRI report was incorrect. The ACL and PCL tears were actually Grade 3, not Grade 2 as mentioned in their report. What shocked us even more was that most of the report appeared almost identical to my mother’s MRI report from last year with only a couple of lines changed, which raises serious doubts about how carefully the scan was even reviewed. When we confronted the MRI technician regarding the discrepancy, instead of behaving professionally or helping us understand the issue, he became rude and dismissive. He literally said that Open MRI is done for “comfort and enjoyment” and that it does not give accurate results as if it was somehow our fault for choosing a scan that my claustrophobic mother could actually tolerate. If the machine is known to be less reliable, why was this not clearly explained beforehand? Why charge full money for a report that even they themselves don’t seem confident about? To make things worse, the “correction” to the report was casually done with a pen at the end. No proper revised report, no accountability, no apology, no support, and absolutely no concern for the stress caused to a patient and her family. This is not just poor service, this is dangerous medical negligence. MRI reports directly affect treatment decisions, surgeries, and patient health. The careless reporting and arrogant staff behavior we experienced here were beyond unacceptable. Highly disappointed. Would never trust this place again and would strongly advise others to think twice before getting any critical scans done here.

Absolutely horrible experience. They didn’t complete the test in 24 hours and I kept calling and finally they said we are sorry we need to retest (and draw a sample again, from an 87 year old!). Meanwhile my mother’s situation got worse so I wanted a refund instead of retest. I have been on the phone with them at least six times. The money is not the issue, the principle is. And of course, in spite of repeated promises that money will be returned, nothing was. What a shame. Don’t use these guys

They made sure everything was handled smoothly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Their positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. Please!!! Never ever go to this place! Extremely unsafe, negligent, and chaotic experience at HOD Rajouri Garden. I came for an open MRI of both shoulders and was trapped in the center for over 7 hours due to zero appointment management. I am a senior citizen and suffering from shoulder injury. Major medical and safety violations occurred: 1. The physical films and digital files have absolutely no "R" (Right) or "L" (Left) markers. For identical joints, this is a dangerous medical risk. 2. The written text reports handed to me do not even match the actual images provided on the CD. 3. The billing counter carelessly lost my original doctor's prescription and forced me to handle two separate bills for the same visit, messing up my patient records. 4. As a hypertensive patient, the staff flatly refused to monitor my vitals between the long scans. When I forced them to check, my blood pressure had spiked dangerously high. Instead of caring, a staff member rudely told me to "be cooperative." My doctors n physiotherapists are shocked to see the confusing reports. They gave me completely faulty, unusable medical data, ruined my original documents, and severely impacted my health. Avoid this chaotic center if you value your health and safety. Total deficiency of service!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at HOD, Rajouri Garden. The level of professionalism is very low. The staff at the front desk was not only unhelpful but also displayed a very rude and unprofessional attitude while speaking. There seems to be a complete lack of basic manners and communication skills. It felt like they have no regard for the patient's time or comfort. I would suggest the management look into their staff's behavior immediately, as it is a very discouraging environment.

Good experience on every visit. All diagnostic tests are available under one roof. It takes around 1-2 hours to get free after a full body checkup or multiple tests, which is a decent timeframe considering the number of patients attended in a day.
