Worst lab no facilities receptionist are unprofessional... they tells you the wrong time of appointment and makes you wait 3 hours for every test

Very nice and comfortable experience. Gurpreet Kaur helped me with the process quite well. The samples were taken with proper hygiene.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. All tests were conducted smoothly without long waiting times. Both the doctors and support staff were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

HOD is providing such a poor service, do not go by the ratings. I booked a test online on one of the centres but didn't receive any updates regarding the date/time. When I called the particular centre they informed the tests can't be conducted at that centre and I've to visit another center. Even there is no confirmation about the cancellation after almost 48 hours. Pathetic services by HOD.

This is to highlight the serious concern which we have faced, My wife had a CECT KUB scan for kidneys this test done to find out the stone & infection. As per May'26 KUB test report (HOD), Rajouri garden centre there was no stone detected. Shared report with doctor at that time so he told us that no stone detected might it would be a muscular pain. Now in July she has a severe pain in kidney so we have consulted another doctor who advised WHOLE ABDOMEN ultrasound (18/07/2026)which we have got done at HOD, Yusuf Sarai green park. The report shows there is 2 mm tiny renal concretion, Post that consulted RG Stone specialist who suggested another KUB scan which we have got done by other CT scan centre (18/07/2026) to our surprise both kidneys having stone measuring 5.5 mm & 8.5 mm. The doctor advised us a surgery which needs to done on immediate basis. The doctor said that how it can be possible that in 2 months stone developed that size. There is much variance in the reports of HOD. Attaching the reports for reference, Even going to highlight the concern to Delhi Medical Council & Directorate General of health services.

I had a very positive experience with House of Diagnosis. The staff was professional, well-trained, and very cooperative. The reports were accurate and delivered on time. The overall hygiene and management were excellent. Highly recommended for reliable diagnostic services.

Visited the Rajouri Branch for a scan. The staff were polite and helpful, despite the mixed reviews online. All relevant information was clearly explained and discussed. Visited again for Echo and ECG, still better in terms of service and queue management.

My experience at HOD was very bad. I had an appointment for 2:00 PM but was attended to at 3:00 PM, and the staff did not speak politely either. I would advise people to get their tests done elsewhere and not come to HOD.
