Unfortunately, not a good experience. I had significant pain and bruising at the injection site after the procedure. The staff should be more careful while administering injections/IVs. I expected better care.

At HOD Rajouri Garden, they offer very poor services and delayed commitment even for emergency cases. I had visited for Trop I test and I specifically marked that I wanted the test reports on urgent basis as the test was concerning cardiac related issues and it was an emergency case, despite my number of follow ups, the test result was not delivered on time, and the sample was still pending for review till hours.

We had a wonderful experience during a blood test .Staff is helpful and they try their best. Specially Aman sir. He was talk like a friend. He is very nice person.

Got a scan done. On call they said there is no waiting and no appointment needed but we have to wait for 45 minutes to get a scan done. The management was not good and things were not communicated properly.

This place feels like a black spot in HOD chain. Admin and front fest are very disrespectful and rude. We have been trusting HOD and will continue to do the same but Rajouri garden branch of HOD need to work on their front desk and admin.

Third-class staff with third services . Zero sense of accountability. I will never recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone in my life.
