Very happy with proactive services here. Staff is quite approachable and very humble and supportive too especially Khusboo at the reception counter, she is very helpful and give guidance as required. Kudos to HOD, Rajouri branch.

Did not like the overall quality of services. The ultrasound felt more like a formality than a proper assessment. The doctor began by asking whether I had undergone an ultrasound before. When I mentioned a prior finding of grade 1 fatty liver, he immediately dismissed it, saying there is nothing like “grade 1 fatty liver”, instead of carefully checking for any change or progression. The scan itself was wrapped up in under two minutes, which makes it hard to trust how thoroughly anything was evaluated. This experience has left me doubting the credibility and reliability of their reports.

My experience was not good a senior citizen patient was made to wait way longer than the wait time and people coming after us waited fwere sent before us. The wait time as told was 20 mins but took way longer than that The staff is very mismanaged. No cordination amongst the staff.

I had a very good experience with this diagnostic lab. The staff was cooperative and well trained, and the sample collection process was clean and smooth. Reports were provided on time and seemed accurate. Overall, the service quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend this lab to others.

Patient ko 8:30 tk bula lete hai , Echocardiograpy Test ke liye par Doctor 10:00 , 10:30 tk ata hai , reception pr proper Service nahi hai , Billing One day before Krwa ke aao tab bhi , proper info nahi dete hai , Isse achi other's lab hai Delhi me , Ye HOD wale bas paise bnane ke liye bethe hai, Service Govt hospital se bhi ghatiya hai

Very poor diagnostics , Dr. took less than half min for whole abdomen usg. He didn't even evaluated all the organs. Don't go there at all for usg

Staff is truly supportive & responsive.. Truly well maintained hygienic center.. I was here for ultrasound & other tests, Radiologist Dr. Roy was truly amazing toward patient.. Manisha & Khushboo , Archana Shukla at reception were truly supportive towards patient. Overall my experience was nice with my test & reports too.. I'll recommend this especially for ultrasounds
