I had a very disappointing experience with this diagnostic centre. They provided an incorrect report, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. When the mistake was pointed out, they refused to accept their error and did not take responsibility. Accuracy is extremely important in medical testing, and such negligence is unacceptable. I would not recommend this centre to others.

High-quality X-ray and scanning facilities. The staff was polite, professional, and very supportive. Overall, I had a good experience.

Not a great experience. Won't recommend unless very very urgent. BP machine wasn't handled properly. I told the staff cuff size is small for me. New BP machine never came. Infact they asked me to hold the machine! Happy to help, but not when in a clinical space. After 30 mins a guy casually comes in with an Oxymeter, playing with it as if he is in a garden. Where's your Vitals room ??? I already informed I'm claustrophobic, technician tried her best to make me comfortable BUT. BUT. After nearly 30-40 minutes of freezing in one posture, another person comes in the room, and tells me my posture is not ok. After so many minutes I was finally given an under knee pillow, and one under ankle. When again I already told I had a surgery in my left foot. Anyway. I should have stopped the scans in between and asked for pillows. I could barely go through it. Last few minutes were all panic and tears for me. There was no water for me for nearly 2 mins. When a patient preinforms about anxiety and phobia, the least prepared you can be includes water. Least. No one to get a glass of water. Technician had to go out and arrange. Overall very casual handling. I have been to an Open MRI before outside India and it was much much much professional. Much better. The technician used his mic to speak to me and made me very comfortable. I was being told its almost done. You are there. And I was ok all the while. Here, I just kept praying and guessing. I was only told - you are moving. How will we do it. Biggest blunder of the entire center - I was in my own cloths for MRI. No change of dress. Never seen before anywhere again. I paid full. I was only asked to remove metal clothing. And get back in my own cloths again. Wasn't told why. People do come from far places also. They need some refreshments, some tea, some snacks. Forget being offered, there is no canteen or mess in the entire building! Thats what we were told. You have to walk out and walk far if you want refreshments. This is a multifaceted diagnostic center in the heart of India's carriage city, where multiple people come in. Reception had the most dull and warmless staff I have ever seen. No smiles. No greetings. Straight - Boliye. And a chin nod. Max. Felt like government bank counter. Cold. Overall. Would pray to God. This is the type of place that makes you feel guilty and sad that you are sick. And motivates you to stay fit. So you don't have to come again.

Very poor Hospitality at Ramesh Nagar Collection center. Lab.attended was not help full &!very rude. Still waiting for my report suppose to get after 72hours.
