The team appears to be well-coordinated; however, there is a need for further training to improve operational efficiency, particularly in managing wait times. Despite having a pre-booked session, the waiting period during the visit was considerably high. That said, the team was cooperative and provided assistance at every step, which is appreciated.

Worst patient handling. Wrong commitment. Staff doesn't have any knowledge of test details. Doctors always unavailable. Total harassment of patients.

Test done at minimum price, i'm here for body check up, they have nice and affordable packages, i Opt super care pkg, it includes all necessary test, Lab technician both boys are well trained staffz they give all necessary information regarding my test

Very bad experience lack of professionalism, very unpredictable staff and so as reception customer care , very bad behaviour and very disappointing , no priority for patients, a big NO to go there and same recommendation to other who ever planning to visit there.

facility is well-organized, staff is helpful and the process is smooth. Expect some waiting time due to the high patient rush but overall a good experience.
