Unprofessional staff and Doctor. They asked to reach the center by 0700 pm for test but the Dr. Lakhan was uncooperative and declined to do the test of senior citizen patient. Worst place for diagnosis. I would suggest not to visit this place.

My father died due to their negligence. And they sent police force at the cremation ground to force me to sign the NOC to save HOD staff. They have the audacity to do this and stop my father s cremation ritual just to hide their negligence. Shame on you

Pathetic experience with the HOD Rajouri Garden Ultrasound team. I visited today with my 65-year-old father for an Ultrasound with PVR and Uroflowmetry (Visit Ref No. RJG26025170 dated 23-02-2026). He is a senior citizen with diabetes and BP issues, and the test was supposed to be done on fasting. After completing the ultrasound, we were instructed to proceed for Uroflowmetry and were told that the PVR would be done afterward. However, when we returned for the PVR, we were asked to come back at 12:30 as the ultrasound doctor, Dr. Deepanshu Gupta, had already left. The coordination by the attending staff, Preeti, was extremely poor. Despite having our contact number and the fact that we were physically present in the same building for Uroflowmetry, no one informed us that the doctor would be leaving early. We were simply left unattended. We had reached before 9:00 AM so that all tests could be completed smoothly, but due to this mismanagement the process was left unfinished. Making an elderly fasting patient with medical conditions wait for hours and then asking him to return later is extremely insensitive and unprofessional. This reflects very poor patient management and complete disregard for patients’ time, health condition, and basic comfort. Highly disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful experience at HOD, Rajori Garden.Gurpreet Kaur was extremely professional, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit. She ensured that everything was handled smoothly and made me feel comfortable and valued. Her positive attitude and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. I appreciate her effort and would highly recommend her assistance to others.

Very sad state of affairs. No value of time by staff and to top that totally careless attitude by staff Tarsem. I booked an appointment online for PET-CT scan at8.45 but they said they can give time of 9.45 at rohini branch, due to machines on service at Rajouri centre. They took the payment online and than said same time cannot be given. Than for 9.45 appointment they have not even called us to verify our file till 11.30. Only god knows when the actual scan will start. When I inquired why did you give appointment of 9.45 when you have no slot till 12, Mr. Tarsem bluntly told us talk to manager of you have any issue i did not give you the time. They asked to not eat roti rice or bread at night and be empty stomach before the test and they are treating us like animals having no empathy for a person who is already not well and have not eaten since last evening. They just give you time to take your money and does not care at all for any inconvenience to suffering persons at all. Total corporate stooges caring only for money.
