HOD Rajouri Garden - House Of Diagnostics

I'm not satisfied. The doctor only spends 1-2 minutes examining me and doesn't do a thorough examination. Both the doctor and the report writer use mobile phones and are busy on social media apps. I won't have tests done at HOD in the future, and I won't recommend HOD to anyone. I had to have the ultrasound done again elsewhere.

I'm surprised how helpful, patient, and accommodating their staff is. The lady at the bookings reception (3rd floor) was really calm and patient even during rush. When we asked something additional around the USG kvb+pvr test, she even took the effort to go and ask the specialist who performs USG. Once test was done, we requested the nurse if we can get report right away because the doctor we were consulting is only available till next 30 minutes , and if we miss this window, we'll need to come again a day after tomorrow to visit him. She politely said with a smile that she'll try, and she actually did get our scan report ready in about 3 minutes and guided us to take the written report from reception desk on the ground floor. We requested the same to that person too, and he also fast tracked our written report. In addition to that, the process of connecting with their support staff via whatsapp is really fast and easy. If you're unsure of the test written by your doctor, they'll ask for a picture of your report and would help you identify the test name. Other healthcare institutions should really learn from them. When healthcare staff is polite and accommodating, and the customer care is also this great and fast, it takes away half your worries.

Good place for all the test in reasonable price & good staff

Very pathetic services and disgusting staff actually good for nothing,not at tall helpful misleading information shared if you planning to go please withdraw that plan as it's just waste of time, commitment given by staff and doctors doesn't exist actually.

Very poor experience. No accountability. They commit things and then can't fulfill them and then blame the patient. I have been using hod services for years but not worth it now
