Dr Lal Pathlabs - Patient Service & Radiology Centre

​I recently visited the Preet Vihar center with my relative. They are knowledgeable about the tests and reports, and they guided us the right way. The entire team is supportive, and they are very polite and easy to talk to. I strongly recommend visiting the Preet Vihar center if your doctor advises you to get lab or radiology tests done.

There are services are very bad. The moment you visit reception, they will first ask you to rate them 5 star, only after that they will provide you with bill receipt and other related things. Even after booking appointment they will ask you to wait for atleast 2 hours, when you remind them multiple times that I have UV scan already booked than they will wake up from sleep and call you inside. This is first lab of lal pathlabs where report collection is extremely late its more than 30 hours still didnt received my UV scan report. Didnt suggest anyone to visit there.

No person is available at first floor counter. When I demand for bill at ground floor they refused to give this there after go to first floor and tell them in lab then they call to ground floor then bill give them but last time report not yet provide. And ground floor counter lady is not co-operative. Myself Manoj Kumar.

I had a great experience at Dr. Lal PathLabs, Preet Vihar, while giving my blood sample. Sneha was very helpful, friendly, and approachable. Aakriti was confident and professional. Although she initially had some difficulty finding the vein, she stayed patient and managed to find a solution. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

Dr. Lal Path Labs is trustified and well know pathologist centre, where people/patient can trust on thier samples reports. So, that patients will get the treatment on time.... Staffs and other members are also very cooperative and always ready to help about medical investigations as per the sample collection. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with their services. There was poor coordination among the staff throughout the process. For example, one person came to collect blood samples, and later we received another call from a different collector who was unaware that someone had already come. We also did not receive a bill from the first collector and were told we would receive it online, but it took an entire day to arrive. We also waited around 2.5 hours at the centre for an ECG and ultrasound. The ultrasound doctor was knowledgeable, which was a positive part of the experience. Later, we received a message asking us to repeat a test. When I called to understand why, the staff initially could not explain the reason. I also asked about any food restrictions and was given instructions that had not been mentioned the first time. Overall, the process was confusing and poorly coordinated, with inconsistent communication between staff. Hopefully, I won’t have to use their services again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff and doctors are very cooperative, polite, and professional. The overall ambiance is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My experience at the testing lab was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this lab for its excellent service and patient-friendly environment. - Bhavesh

The overall experience at Dr. Lal PathLabs has been quite positive. The process is well-organized and runs smoothly from start to finish.. They are highly skilled and experienced, which clearly shows in how quickly they handle their tasks. In fact, their speed and precision remind me. they just get the job done without hesitation or delay, especially when it comes to repetitive tasks.
