I really liked the way the center is managed, especially the care and attention given to senior citizens. I would particularly like to appreciate Sneha for her exceptional support, patience, and dedication throughout the process. She went above and beyond to assist us, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I would also like to appreciate the staff member at the billing counter, who demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and coordinated seamlessly with Sneha. Their professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork made a significant difference. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a well-organized and caring experience. Highly recommended!

They wont give you reports on time. When you will get the reports. They wont give you even a carry bag. And happily say Lal path doesn’t provide carry bag, we cant do anything. Even they say it’s better to write a review. Hope they will listen. It was receptionist wording. They just keep asking for the review during payment time.

Visited the Preet Vihar lab for the first time and had a truly excellent experience. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is highly professional, courteous, and well-trained. A special mention to Technician Mr. Anshul, who conducted my TMT (Stress Test). He was extremely supportive, explained the entire procedure clearly, and continuously checked on my comfort and well-being throughout the test. His calm and caring approach made the experience very reassuring. Keep up the great work, team. Highly recommended!

Very Disappointing Service and Lack of Responsibility I have had a very disappointing experience with Lal PathLabs. Every time I contact them regarding a test, they confirm that the test can be done at their lab and assure me that someone from their team will call me to confirm the appointment time. However, I never receive any call from them. This has happened three times, and despite repeated assurances, my appointment is still not booked. Their lack of responsibility, poor coordination, and failure to follow up reflect very poor customer service. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly follow up for something as basic as an appointment. Customers deserve clear communication, reliable commitments, and professional service—not repeated assurances without any action. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service quality.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Lal PathLabs due to poor queue management and lack of communication from the staff. After completing all the formalities, including registration and payment, I was given only a barcode. I then went to the blood collection area, but the staff member did not explain the process or provide any slip. Later, I went to the second floor and asked whether patients would be called by name. The staff member said yes, so I waited patiently for nearly two hours. After waiting for such a long time, I asked again about my turn. Only then was I told that I needed to submit a slip. I explained that no slip had been given to me by the staff on the first floor. If a slip was required, the staff should have clearly informed me about the process and guided me properly. Due to the lack of coordination and communication between staff members, I wasted almost two hours unnecessarily. Patients should not have to figure out the process themselves. Proper guidance, queue management, and clear instructions are essential, especially in a healthcare facility. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the patient experience in the future.
