Hi, i am Akanksha, i want to inform you guys that i am very unhappy with the experience that i had with this assistance person named Purshottam in the Vasundhara lab, near vaishali ghaziabad on 6th of may . I also wanted to share that i have changed the location only and came to Preet vihar lab and the experience was awesome with customer support staff named Sneha. She is very nice and supportive. Overall i am giving the rating based on mt lastexperience with this person named Purshottam. I want to raise a complain against him based on his behaviour and attitude with customer. There's little room for flexibility or personalized interaction, which could make the experience feel a bit impersonal at times. It’s not a major concern, but something that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience. For tests and sample collections, the lab is highly dependable. Their systems are designed for speed, accuracy, and reliability. It’s clear why Dr. Lal has become such a recognized and trusted name in diagnostics across the country. Overall, if you’re looking for efficiency and professionalism, especially for routine tests, Dr. Lal PathLabs delivers exactly that.

This is a formal complaint about serious mismanagement at your MRI facility today. My appointment was at 9:30 AM, yet after waiting over two hours, patients with 10:00 AM slots were sent in before me. When I questioned this, your staff argued with me instead of resolving the issue. I demand immediate priority for my scan and an explanation from the facility manager. If this is not addressed today, I will escalate to your head office and share this experience publicly on Google reviews.
