I got done my blood tests at the lab located at Hanuman mandir/Road branch of Lal pathlabs at New Delhi on 6th March, 26. I was told by the billing staff that he would send mail to Preet Vihar branch for redilology related tests. I enquired with the same staff thrice at the time of giving blood samples that whether you have sent the mail, he replied in affirmative and asked me to go to Preet Vihar. After giving post food blood, I rushed to Preet Vihar lab. I was told thereat no mail has been received for you for radiology. I requested at the counter of Ist floor please talk to yr Hanuman branch. They asked me to sit and after half an hour asked me come tomorrow yr tests will be done when asked about bill they said not required and directed to go next day on the 2nd floor. But the 2nd floor people did not do the test next day, absence of bill. Finally I went back and in the meantime I got knee injury which restricted my movements. Finally today I went again the Preet Vihar lab where on the 2nd floor I was again asked to bring the bill. They were reluctant to entertain and even were very hostile and rude in their very approach. Finally, one of yr staff brought down me on the ist floor to Shikha mam. Upon enquiry she found that the person Rajeev Gautam of Hanuman road had not sent any mail for me. However, she tackled my issue very patiently and talked to her boss who is looking SBI case, who was also very cooperative when he talked to me and he and Ms Shikha, both gave me solace and told, look sir, what has been done, done, now we will definitely help you out. They tried to calm down me and really helped me after doing all the related paper works. After completing the paper works, Ms Shikha brought me on the 2nd floor and arranged personally all tests for me. Hats off to Ms Shikha and her superior, because of whose supports my problem was solved. I add here that I am a senior citizen having presently going with the knee injury, so can imagine how Ms Shikha did for me like an angel. I am indebted to her. Here I tell one thing, while I was upset as I was refused to get the test done on the 2nd floor, one of the lady staff came and incited the co patients by saying " one or two such patient/s come and go every day." I request Lal pathlab to take notice of such errant staff and keep her away from the customer/patient facing works. You have CCTV footage analyse and take suitable action so that she should not utter the same language with another patient who come all along the way to this lab due to its highest quality and its brand value. But please do not forget to reward Ms Shikha as she an asset to yr organisation and because of such staff, name and fame of Lal pathlabs are flying high and high. But please must take action against the errant staff who misbehaved and made me run 3 days. You have picked up to comment on positive part but harassment you did not utter any word. Not correct, take action so that such action may not be repeated again.

Excellent diagnostic centre.on Ground floor reception is there..on 1st floor paperless digital billing is done..they have large sitting area and very advanced system for billing on the first floor.on 2nd second ultrasound x ray etc is done .but the sitting space is less..there should be more space on 2nd floor.. overall it was nice experience

Very well trained staff .. expert in handling small children and infants. Must recommend for chil test. Ms. Sneha and Mr. Manish were very kind and patient with our baby

Process is very easy. Executives are gentle, fast, supportive and knowledgeable. She detailed tests' information completely with satisfaction. Technicians are well equipped and experienced.
