Lal path Lab, Preet Vihar is well divercified pathlab. Staff is very groomed and exteovert. Specially Sneha helped me every time to select, she is outstanding.

I recently visited the Lal path labs Preet Vihar centre for my full abdomen ultrasound. The ultrasound went smoothly and the doctor explained things too. But then my doctor recommended me to go for 3D ultrasound for my condition. When I asked the customer care about the availability of 3D ultrasound, I was told that Lal path labs doesn’t do 3D ultrasound. These days 3D ultrasound and 4D ultrasound are very common and the centres which don’t have an extensive network of chains and branches are offering this ultrasound test. I was shocked to know that this test was not available in Lal path labs. I wanted to get my 3D ultrasound done at a reputed brand of lab. But now I have to run here and there to find a good and reliable centre for my ultrasound test so that my condition could be investigated further. It is understandable that since people might press for sex determination test of the unborn baby, the labs might hesitate to do this test. But if a patient is coming in with a doctor’s prescription then it shouldn’t be a problem. I request you to please start the 3D ultrasound and 4D ultrasound test sooner so that patients don’t have to run here and there to find a centre for their tests. The one star is only because of this reason that while I need to start my treatment sooner, I am running here and there looking for a good reliable centre.

Very courteous and supportive staff . Especially Ms. Neha guided us very well and explained about the tests . Very energetic and pleasant communication .Lal path lab is near and clean and very well organised .

Pathetic lab ever………i went for a FNAC test at there lab bcoz of multiple lymph nodes in my neck the person who was present there so rude and rejected my FNAC test request by giving an pathetic irrelevant answer he said that we don’t do test on lymph nodes that are of this size we test on big sized nodes my nodes are completely visible on my neck and they are of size 3.3x1.3 which is enough to take sample easily. This is not it i even requested him again to do my test as i am having pain on my nodes and already I’ve been already running arround here and there into there labs which has this test available and none of them helped i even went to the noida sec-18 lab at first when i went there they said this test only happens in there lab between 10am to 2:30pm next day i booked and early appointment and went there between the given time frame they made me wait for an hour then said it can’t be done today the doctor is not available and won’t be available tomorrow as well again i went there after that this time early morning by 10am they again said doctor is not available they asked me to go to preet vihar location and there i went through with more pathetic staff behaviour and services actually no service. I think Dr Lal Path labs should eliminate this test out there list since they are not able to do it. Better then pretending
