SCAMMMM Rented a car for one day. Daily limit is 250km I drove for 180km. While picking up the car, the guy will not show you the car distance, while dropping off the car, the executive said I drove 254km. He charged me 30% of the daily charge just for 4km extra, while I only drove 180km. They use the so called company policies to loot people. Check the below reviews of other users for more proof. We've booked four different cars in past one year. I would like to rate 4.5/5. Unlike Zoom Cars and Revv they're just providing their facilities in Delhi only, So I'll suggest everyone to visit their pickup center before booking a car, you can meet Mr Vijay there, He understands you well and can suggest a better car option as per your trip, He's very helpful and soft spoken. Unlike others they're offering a variety of cars from Maruti S presso to Audi Cabriolet, every single car is in different condition. So you can choose a vehicle which is less driven and good in condition. Hopefully we had a great experience all the time. Things to remember: * These are the commercial vehicles so make sure to buy state tax and check for fastag. * Please check whether it has governor installed in it or not, It can be very irritating for highway trips, I've experienced it with Zoom car. * Make sure tyres are not worn much and stereo works well. * Pay refundable deposit amount in cash so that they could return it on the day of drop. * Test Drive before starting your journey. Worst company for self drive cars they charge you on every thing on more km damage , late car submission charges are We would like to inform you that your car return time is today at 21:00 PM. If you are more than 01 hour late from your booking time after that you have to pay 1 day rent + 50% penalty of rental amount. Otherwise extend your booking online from our website. Also we need to book the car from online website and need to pick the vehical by your own also their is a waiting period of 3hrs before picking up the vehicle we need to wait we do not get the car instantly also i payed 30% extra after returning the car beacuse i drove the car more than 500km I recommend not to book from this company

Terrible experience renting out skoda kushaq at, paid 3500 for this car + 10000 security deposit, and the cars battery died the next morning, we were stuck in middle of road for 3 hours, with no mechanic nearby, when contacting for help, we were told to get it repaired ourselves, paid 500 for battery jump only to get it started, never even got the money back, we returned the car after driving only 4-5 hours, got 0 support, 0 responsibility, and 0 concerns from the team... they even agreed that the battery was faulty and still didn't apologize, please rent from somewhere else or don't rent at all, they usually have very faulty and risky cars, and they will not provide a good experience to the customer

Excellent service provided by selfdrives/ Pannu car rentals. I had hired the Gurkha for a week for my Himachal trip, vehicle was in very good condition. Mr Vijay was very helpful in getting the vehicle permits for other states done. Overall I had a very good experience.

Very unprofessional car rental place . They say that 24/7 customers service available but they will not respond . I rented a 6 seater car from them . They displayed something else in their website and they gave us something else ,. I posted a picture of both . Tires almost worn out , car has driven most Ethan 90k Km. When we called them for a repair , they are asking us to come to Delhi to repair , they are supposed to pay haryana toll tax and bill us , instead they dint inform anything about it and we were stopped by haryana police and they looted 20000 rupees from us , they gave a Chalan ticket for 500 rupees . We waited 2 hours while we are locking the the vehicle and while we dropping , we waited 3 hours. They even dint give us all of our deposit . I really don’t recommend them.
