Overall good experience with Selfdrives.in (Pannu Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd)- 3.5/5 rating. For 11 days trip, I booked Skoda Kushaq AT 24 days in advance at Rs. 32,400 from May 22 to June 1. I was thrilled since I never drove Skoda vehicles. Just 2 days before, I got call from Selfdrives.in team & mentioned that Skoda Kushaq met with accident & they will provide me alternate Nissan Magnate. Mentioned that they will refund the difference as well (what is the difference, that never told until vehicle was hand overed). Given Nissan Magnate AT was a new car with just 10K kms on it. It was pleasant to drive Nissan Magnate AT. However website was taking Skoda Kushaq AT booking 20-22nd May at higher price like Rs. 40,500++. This is mystery to me & you can imaging yourself the reason from business point of view. Delivery team Selfdrives.in at Dwarika is very good , led by Vijay. They did their best to support we as customer & vehicle handover process was quick & accurate. They promptly return the 10K deposit paid in cash. Email response from selfdrives.in team is very good & quick. Call centre team does reasonable effort to solve your problems, good as well. Refund process also good, just takes your effort to write emails for refund Tips: • Please take video & photos of the given car. Inform Vijay or team, if car has dent, dirt, cacks etc to avoid latter issue while returning car. • If you met with minor accident or you got car with some scratches, dents etc, it will take longer time when returning car as well as deduction in deposit. • It is better to drop the car at Dwarka over airport to clear up front all issues (pick up car from airport is okay) • Be polite, be reasonable with the team at Dwakaka, they are nice people. • I was told by call centre team that extra fuel on the car will be reimbursed; however latter when I asked for car difference refund, they mentioned in the email that fuel difference will not be given as per their terms & conditions. So do not add extra fuel to the car while returning. • Remember it is Delhi, so be as accurate as possible for your side to avoid complicit. Do not assume anything & do not go verbal agreement with anyone. Keep all the names of the person whom you spoke, date, time. Always double check & come to agreement. • Call Vijay before coming to drop the car at Dwarka, so that you can save time.

Fraud!!!! Stay away from this company.. very unprofessional team of cheaters. I rented a an old nexon run 18k on meter. The tyre was wobbling during pickup and they said it is just alignment and the pressure issue and asked me to carry on. Now they are threatening to pay for the repair of and existing issue in the car.

Worst customer service. Full of rude and arrogant staff. I rented a car from them, for which they were very prompt in chasing me for documents and payments. When it came to refund, they've made me run pillar to post. The customer care ladies are the rudest on the planet. They speak as if they're doing you a favor by returning your money. There was an error in sharing my bank details, for which they've insulted me no end. While their cars may be fine, their service isn't. Take your business elsewhere.

I and my friend rented a Thar Petrol AT Hardtop for 6 days via selfdrives.in and collected the Car from Pannu Car Rentals. The pick-up process went very smoothly as all formalities were done over the phone and WhatsApp. Took the Thar to Spiti Valley and it performed very well and never gave us any trouble as it was reasonably well maintained. After the trip, the drop process went as smoothly as the pick-up and we were refunded the full security deposit on the spot after deducting FasTag toll charges. The host was very polite and helpful.

Reviewing this place/service is after three booking from Pannu car rental. Made my bookings on 01/06/2021-Maruti Swift car 13/06/2021-Maruti Swift car 18/06/2021-Mahindra KUV500 The service is very good and authentic. Since I took the car during lockdown period so I had to travel till Dwarka to collect the car company’s connaught Place office was close. You need to inform prior before going to collect the car. You can inform on call that you want to rent a car and do the rest of the formality in the office itself. The process of taking car is very simple you just need to provide your ID (Aadhaar card, driving license, pan card, etc). You need to give car rent in advance for those many days which you are taking and Security amount. Preferred to give security amount in cash if you are paying it online you will get the security refunded after 5 to 6 days so please avoid it paying online. Then the company will make rental agreement and you need to sign it. After doing all the formalities, The person will handover the car to you with doing proper inspection before hand Overing to you. They will take a count of every scratch, Dent or broken part of the car. Then they will click a picture of yours with car. And it’s done they will handover the keys to you. * website is not working since 2020 so avoid visiting website for the booking. * They provide all types of cars but the speed limit on those cars which have PB-Number plate is 120 km/hr and DL- Number plate is 80km/hr.
