THINK BEFORE LOOKING—WHY NOT TO VISIT for Self Driving only.. Well..before placing booking please check their cars as well . They have so many cars in their parking. And I am also from lawyers family..I reached their today and ask executive to show car. I drive multiple LMV and Suvs Car for years . I need to test car and one of car having different reverse structure. So obliviously any driver knows quickly and will grap taste accordingly in some time. car is also 2 years old only still not maintained. Hydralic Steering having some noise while roaring. they having rude behaviour towards customers if you check cars on the spot. Specially tall 6,2 foot guy. They judge book by its Cover. CONCLUSION What they expect. Booking karlo online and on the spot they will provide you Cars with lots of flaws. I saved myself from this structure . But please check cars on the spot before booking online and take care when you are looking into this Center.

Pathetic service and worst experience ever. They will charge anything from your deposit in the name of policies which you are not aware of. They themselves have internal dispute over policies. In our case, they delivered the car 3 hour later than scheduled pickup and when we delivered 1 hour late they charged extra for late delivery that too when we had the verbal agreement on adjusting the drop time according to pickup timing. But they denied this agreement later on when we dropped the car. So if you are still going for their service I would recommend you to write everything on paper and get it sign off from them and then fight over it to win argument or just avoid it and get other services. Don't go with slightly lesser pricing you eventually have to pay for it.

The volovo bus was luxurious and comfortable the driver was professional and trained it was fun while travelling with group in luxury.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I have hired car this place, following is my review: Firstly, the verification process is very bad, they will ask you for water bills, electricity bills etc which in case is not required by other professional car rental services. They gave me car 3 hours later than the scheduled time & when i told them about delay, they told me that i can return the car 3-4 hours later than scheduled drop. I even confirmed with them over phone but when i returned car (2 hours later than scheduled time) they charged me 50 % of one day rent. The staff was very unprofessional. They deducted my security amount against my will. This was my worst experience in car rental. Please don't rent car from here,just go to some of the best professional car rental services. They will say something else when you pick up car & change their words completely when you drop off the car. Honestly i won't recommend this to anybody.

Took a self drive car from them. Process is quite simple and streamlined. Car was brand new. Return was equally easy and fast.

The condition of the KUV we rented was not as good as shown in the pictures of the website. The number plates are not Govt. registered high security ones, but fancy plates, which made us pay challans to the police.
