Worst experience.Booked car for spiti valley and faced puncture issues atleast 5 times.Company is not at all responsive and I have had worst experience dealing with them.At at all helpful,will never recommend this car rental to anyone.

Pathetic experience I don't want to give even single rating for this organization. They are running the company by their own will. For 7 liter less fuel they charged 1200 rup. Anybody can find on Google what amount of fuel contain for two bars in maruti s-presso. Each and every stem of this company has rude behavior including owner, persoan on duty in the office as well as customer care reps. I will never recommend for this company to anyone.

Worst Experience. It's a fraud platform for car rental. They will ask you initially for deposit 5k-10k but they will not refund deposit money, even after multiple call to Pankaj No Response for refunds. Just i will say if you don't want to refund convey your customer 'Sir will charge you non refundable ammout 5-10k' And Pankaj don't don't make your customer fool by saying it Deposit amount. Overall very bad customer experience from Pannu Cars. Don't go for any booking with them.

I had uploaded my aadhar and DL before making the booking. I have rented cars across India through various rental but this is the first one that wanted property documents, electricity and water bills just before the delivery of car and I had to forfeit my booking amount of 2.1K because of that. I would request you to kindly be very very carful before using this car service.

The complete process was very smooth, right from pickup of the car to the Return. The owner (Mr. Dilraj) was very professional and all the staff is very well trained. Right from the employees who take your booking to the driver who delivered the vehicle. We had no issues with the car. Booked a BMW X1 which was delivered before time and only had 4000km on the odo. The most impressive part was the booking process, visited their parking yard, looked at the inventory and booked the car with only the rental amount. It was promptly delivered the same day and delivery executive collected the security deposit. The car was collected the next day as agreed and security deposit was refunded at the time of collection of vehicle. Would definately use them again for my next rental.

They have lot of options for rental cars, however I felt the vehicle's were not clean. If they can clean and give them in such a case Pannu Travels offers one of the cheapest cars in Delhi and NCR, on top of it they are decent and professionals.

All they want is to steal your money. Don't ever do this mistake of renting car from this hub. They assure on their site that it's for 24 hours but we were a bit late due to traffic and they didn't give back half of security. They did a thousand formalities while giving the car but while taking the money not even a second was wasted. Also I demanded and paid extra for kwid but provided me alto which costed less

NOT WORTH EVEN A SINGLE STAR! Utterly Horrible Service. We had booked a Toyota Innova Crysta for our trip. But when we went to collect the car, they gave this fake excuse that the car had met with an accident with the previous owner and had gone for maintenance. We were offered TATA Hexa instead of Crysta and we had to settle with it because we did not had any option in such a short time frame. Coming to the vehicle provided. 1. AC vents not working, 2. Parking brakes, which is a must for mountains were not working at all. 3. The vehicle leaked power steering oil and we where stranded at 11k feet altitude with 5 female passengers. Tried calling customer care, but they are of no use. The foolish operators keep on just saying we are trying to help. Out of 7 days, our car was left with a mechanic for 4 days. We had to hire a new car and pay 22k extra charges for that as well. Also, we missed our hotel stay and had to pay there as well. Such miserable services are completely unacceptable and their license should be ceased. FAKE! FRAUD! SCAMMERS!

I liked all the facilities of this company? You can also take a car from here for self drive, its service is also very excellent, all car is new brand.? The way drivers handle VIP and foreign guests is very good with this company. I ❤️‍🩹 All Are service's very nice
