Extraordinary service by the team, I took a car and in between an interim issue came up they follow up and resolved my issue. Cars are of good conditions with nominal rates compare and having wide variety of cars.

One of the worst experiences as a customer, with Pannu Car Rental (SelfDrive) 1. Just a day before, they called to say that the car that I have booked, is not available. They did not even provide anything in the same segment, and I had to finally change the segment and settle for a different car. 2. The customer care called and informed me that x amount will be deducted if I come late. And I agreed to it. On reaching their Dwarka center, the guy there told me that I have to pay x+y amount, which was different from what the customer 3. The guy at the Dwarka center (Akshay), is an unruly bast****. He started arguing and threatening me and my dad, over a normal conversation. (Since I was being asked to pay a different amount than what I was told). PS: I have been using their service before also.. But they have really gone down in terms of customer interaction and respect. Have literally hired goons for their centers.

1. Car was in first class condition mechanically and ready to use clean. 2. Staff service was also good and they explained the conditions properly 3. Just Fyi, Car is speed locked for 80 km/hr

One of the worst car rental agency in Delhi.. Don't book through them they are very careless about vehicle condition..

They are horrible service providers. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO HIRE CAR FROM HERE. We booked and paid for an Suv before the departure date and just one night before, they called us and asked us that the vehicle is not available. They were HIGHLY RUDE AND MISBEHAVED. They gave the care one hour late and a car which we did not even prefer. Plus we booked the car for 2 days and gave back the vehicle in 2 days however they charged us for 3 full days, and deducted from our security deposit.

Worst service experience... If anyone is reviewing my humble request is , not to have vehicle from Pannu/self drive. If you all want to enjoy your vacation then please don't even consider it .. In case they are not able to deliver your desired vehicle for which you have paid 7days in advance , they will not refund your amount stating we are providing you a different vehicle whether you want it or not and the most important thing is timing, they will inform your about this well planned like 1 hour before your starting time so you will not be able to do anything regarding the vehicle. And the condition of the vehicle is pathetic and they will say we are having this one vehicle only if you want than you can have otherwise we can't do anything... Stereo is broken, car is untidy, cabin lights not working, seats are itching.... Either you postpone your journey with another travel agency or cancel your hotel booking without refund or proceed with their pathetic cars. It is a scam running by well trained SCAM PROFESSIONALS... YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT because they belong to LAWYERS family so even the court CANNOT help you... So HELP YOURSELF and beware of such FRAUDSTERS. They are FRAUDSTERS FAKE and RUDELY UNPROFESSIONAL for them you are just a SCAPEGOAT... All they care about is money .... This is a RACKET but even the officials knows about it but being a normal citizen. NO ONE WILL HELP YOU I want to gove minus (-)5 stars

They have an unscrupulous method of making money. Unlike other car rentals who have a transparent full tank to full tank policy, they give their cars at 1 bar fuel, and didn't refund money when we gave back with the tank half full, citing company policies. They know very well that it's not always possible to give back the car with exact 1 bar fuel.

I had an amazing experience. The car was well cleaned and new. Would definitely like to book from their company again! Specially the employee, Vijay Rana was kind enough and took the delivery process very smoothly

They are basically frauds who will fool you in the beginning and then loot you with their “company policies”. Please be aware of these fraudsters you will be looted even if you do absolutely nothing wrong. They provide you with broken faulty vehicles which look good but are rotten from inside. The customer care executives, the staff all of them will fool you separately and will later not take any responsibility of what they said.

Worst experience ever. They don't maintain the vehicles. Rented an XUV 500 for 4 days and the car was barely running by the fourth day. Mr. Dilraj is a great salesman though, he will make top class false commitments. Broken switches, bad brakes, no rear seatbelts, loose boot lock, faulty warning sensors and the worst thing that can happen on a road trip - broken music system. Yes, the price is low but it's still not worth it.
