Pathetic Customer Service Pathetic Customer Handling Pathetic Customer Support Product can’t say as it never got delivered. I am in my own birthday party without a cake and dessert ordered from Sugarrama. Never order from Here. They kept me stalling for 2 hrs and then canceled my order without my consent. Left me in no mans land at 12:30 at night where I can’t order from any good bakery. Ruined my Night and Day and also my Party.

Freshly baked products with just the right amount of sweetness. Truffle and brownie are just amazing. Thanks to Mr. Sumit for his assistance and packaging of gift packs made avaialable in a short amount of time.

Pathetic! Found a hair in my pastry and rather than replacing the item the staff didn’t listen and blamed me. I wish I had an option of negative ratings. Rude management. Reply to your comment: Who are you calling fake and this case does not belong to me. Threatened by whom?

I have the most badass sweet tooth possible. No kidding! Sugarama has done what a lot of brands haven't done yet. His work is a perfect mix of technique and personal touch which ends up in all their desserts having the most provoking flavours on the palate. If you havent found your dessert yet,odds are that you will at Sugarama.

My love for sweets takes me to this place more than often. I go for my dessert here if I'm having my dinner somewhere around Green Park. The texture of Chocolate with Ferro Rocher and Triple Chocolate are their signature dishes. I'm not a big fan of the cookies they have but you should give their Macrons a try. I once ordered their Pina Colada and my taste buds did not like it.

Amazing Kunafa chocolate. They have replicated the exact dubai chocolate and even the price is good as compared to the dubai chocolate. Must try they wont disappoint.
