Rudest Lady (co-owner, that’s what she told me) I have ever encountered. But LaMia (malviya nagar saved my special Day) It was my child’s 10th month birthday and after my two order got cancelled because they don’t have writing option on the pastries, I with full fear opted for Sugarama because I remember on 22nd September 2022, it was raining heavily and just to be sure that my order which was delayed for 2 hours would at least be delivered, I called the bakery and that’s when I encountered with the most rudest human in my life, she had no sense of responding in ethics of customer handling and decided to belittle me with the fact that it is raining and I have to wait else I can go ahead and cancel (trust me it was a rudest 1 minute conversation I ever ever had) I was so petrified of this lady that I decided not to speak to her again and never to ordered in future, however was just praying that my child’s 5 month is celebrated well and this pending order gets delivered. Unfortunately, I left with no other option called sugarama as they have earlier had a writing option around the pastries, and luckily or unluckily a man answered and requested for the requirement and only after his approval I placed the ordered, but my hard luck, the pastries I received was ruined and smashed all over the box, I asked the delivery agent to take it back as he said, I delivered what I was handed and just to be safe again (my biggest crime) I called the bakery at around 4:30 pm and this was answered by my nightmare this lady, who said in the rudest manner possible, that they will look into the matter and will send, I tried to explain her my issue but the rude lady decided to shut me up with her non listening skills and continuing with all possible rude words, I wanted to explain that don’t ruin my day I can wait till 8 passing my child’s sleep time but at least tell me that I will have it delivered else I can cancel, to which she said in the rudest manner possible fine then you will receive at 8pm. I feel so humiliated that this lady decided not to listed to a customer and not considering that there is a months old child’s happiness involved, I finally decided to raise n=my voice (FIRST TIME EVER IN MY LIFE) and asked her to stop yelling at me. And I decide to take this up seriously this time and report. I got the order cancelled and the rude lady called me up just to say that they wanted to deliver the pasty but I declined it and now it will not be delivered. This entire scenario could have been avoided it this rude lady for once can just say in a customer centric manner, don’t worry we will get this delivered, we too don’t want unhappy customer, period. Nobody would like to ruin their special day and it was a special day for me and I thought that being a disciplined customer I can at least get customer concern for the co-owner. You can own 10 restaurant/bakery but you have no rights to belittle people. We all our kings and queens of our own world, we have fought battles in our personal lives and been through a lot, therefore, we need to respect each other, and when we work there are certain work ethics and language that we need to follow. Nobody likes to pay for chaos, we all look forward when we order and sometime such things happen, therefore, some polite manner is of no harm, which the rude lady decided not follow. Therefore, I would not say anything about the food, but with such attitude I would never (swear on my father) would go for their services.

Just a little above average. Went there earlier this month at around 5 pm and most of their shelves were empty, stuff wasn't ready. People on the counter were a little indifferent. Bought macrons, raspberry dome; they tasted pretty good.

Ordered their Ferrero Rocher Cake flavoured with hazelnut and nutella . And I must say haven't had a better tasting cake for long. It was too good and I'll definitely be recommending to everybody. A half kg cake is normally priced at ₹1000 but is worth every penny.

Haven’t been here so far, but tried their stuff in Zomaland. Although I personally feel, it’s priced a little higher than my expectation. But thats probably because I don’t really have a sweet tooth. Their chocolate wasn’t ‘over filled’ with sweetness and personally I liked that. The owners are quiet friendly and open to feedbacks.

I ordered a Nutella cheesecake and let me be honest, it was horrible. The cake did not taste fresh at all and with every bite of the cake there were crumbles of cheese falling apart. I took the issue with Zomato and subsequently with restaurant itself and no heed was paid. I don't know why this restaurant has been rated 4.3 on Zomato. The owner/manager was so selfless that he/she failed to even admit that there could be something wrong with their cake. Worst experience and highly disappointed after paying Rs1100 for half a kg of a cheesecake. One message for the restaurant: DON'T BE SO PROUD OF YOUR PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PERFECT.

Don't believe my review about this place but order and you'll be blown for sure, pastry chef Rama has some kind of magical powers that makes his cakes one of the best that you'll ever taste. My favourite is tiramisu it's just so delicately balanced, unbelievable.

Sugarama desserts are a must try! They are unique in their flavours and use of fresh fruit ingredients and are visually and tastefully crafted by a renowned pastry chef Rama Chadha. They make great gifts, special occasion desserts or just a sweet treat for home. Their quality and service is always excellent and Chinar is very helpful, kind and generous. Rama & Chinar make a great duo at Sugarama. Would highly recommend. Keep checking their menu for new items; seasonal & occasion specific !

The chocolate mousse with the orange glaze was just divine! A dark, soft, rich mousse- not too sweet, just a little cold- exactly how it should be! I loved every bite. Just so decadent. Perfect for a bit of self-indulgence. I had actually ordered online from Sugarama for delivery. I was a bit worried about whether they would be fresh or not, etc. (Ordering desserts for delivery is usually not a good idea). But worry not! Go to the store or order online! It's all just perfect!
