One of the worst experience, they are complete money diggers. Bad service, manager is absolutely rude. Never recommended. Better to opt for some other bakery.
One star for their fruit cake that i ordered two days ago...it seems the chef had forgotten to add baking powder...the cake was a lump of flour..had to throw as it was not edible..i have ordered plenty of times and their other items on the menu are good but this was their flopped experiment...which i became the guinea pig...

Sugarama bakes one of the richest cakes that I've tried recently. The Ferrero Rocher cake is my honourable mention for you all.
The service in delivery is pathetic. It took 3 hrs for a pastry to reach. The valet would lie about bike breakdown and the owner would lie about multiple deliveries. Food is also not upto the expectation
Be it the Pinacolada Pastry or the Multi-layered Multicoloured Chocolate Pastry , They r incredible , irresistible , Rama is a great pastry chef , he has very much arrived , his eye fr detail is immaculate we are trying his suggested Berries & Crème cake today fr our Anniversary , I look forward to a great experience !!
I had specially visited delhi to sugarama just to take macaroons for my younger daughter . The macaroons were so tasty 😀. They also gave us a complimentry macaroons. That was so sweet . …
