The seller at this place is very unpleasant and pride. If you ask for something specific that you want, he'll say "you have a poor taste of choice"

Good shop be sure to check the price of musical instrument online before you buy. Not for this shop but for every music shop must check price online and then go to shop.

I went there to get my Epi Les Paul Special’s action fixed. I discussed with them what they were gonna do, he convinced me that the neck relief was high and I shouldn’t touch the bridge adjustments to not mess up the intonation. I didn’t even get to meet the tech but I agreed and paid them ₹450 (?). They got rid of the high action by bowing the neck using the truss rod and thus inducing fret buzz on the first few frets. It was extremely bowed, I didn’t realise it there but only after a week of playing. I had to spend two hours on YouTube and fixed the rod myself to where it was before and then got the desired action using the bridge adjustments. Also fixed the intonation using the tune-o-matic bridge they had no idea about. The shop might be good overall, but I wouldn’t recommend taking your Electric Guitar there for set up. Tldr: I paid them ₹450 to lower the action, they messed up the truss rod, I had to fix their mistake, then had to lower the action myself doing exactly what I suggested them to do in the first place.

Jingle bells is a good shop, but some products are not available, and they don't allow you to open the package and test the instrument, eg. such as the keyboard. They do have some open instruments for testing, but we can't open other packages for testing. They refused to order Yamaha Keyboards, for which I asked them to order also the seller was kind of rude i guess.

Musical Instruments shop located inside Apolo Tower 2nd floor, you will get approx all type of instruments and accessories here. But one thing the shop wale baiya never do discounts which I find bad.

DON'T BUY!!!! OVERCHARGES FOR EVERYTHING!!! Charged me 370rs for guitar strings which were available for 150rs on Amazon (my mistake of not checking price on Amazon beforehand). Not recommended at all.

Its a nice place to visit, you can find variety of brands here Cort, pluto, izenbez but they donk keep X-tag and yamaha instruments. Thr place is somehow costly. Better buy your guitars online at a original and less price
