U learn good values in martial art and its increase your endurance and self confidence. When u trained in martial art espicially in Muay Thai. U spare with your partner u get hitted and it feels pain and develop inner strength & self-confidence. I improved myself and accepted all good values that are given by my coach Mohan Sawale.
