I have made a mistake by purchasing my life's first vehicle from here! I have very poor experience on my first day of purchase... I got an iQube and they gave me the totally wrong charger.... And now's even after charging for 4 hours straight my Ev is on 9% battery which for fun fact was already on 6% when I put that to charging! So yeah I guess just 99-104 hours more it's gonna take for it to fully charge! And now since they fixed the charger there is a new problem that has arised now the wheels are making some wierd noises that too just in 10 days of purchase. And It's been almost a week since I've asked them to get it fixed and there is still no updates! They always say we don't have staff for now.

Iss showroom ko lekar mera experience bahut hi 3rd class raha hai, 05 June 2026 ko iQube ST model ka scooter book kiya tha showroom se kha gya tha 1 month m scooter mil jayega but aaj Date 21 September 2026 hai is baat ko 3 mahine 15 din ho gye hai abhi tak scooter nahi mila hai aur aage ka bhi nahi pata scooter kab milega, yaha showroom wale nhi bata pa rhe scooter kab tak milega, uss bich abhi 15 September 2026 ko bola gya k aap 16 September ko aa jaaiye scooter mil jaayega, me 15 September ko showroom gya dekha wha scooter nahi tha mujse bola gya scooter yard me rakha hai kal 16 tareek ko scooter showroom par aa jaayega tab mene kaha sir aap scooter ka ek photo mangwa dijiye but raat tak wait kiya naa scooter ka photo aaya aur call Kiya to call receive krna bhi band kar diya, fir hum 16 September ko scooter lene showroom gaye to pata chala showroom par scooter hai hi nahi, wha humko yeh excuse diya gaya k scooter problem kar raha hai start nahi ho raha to jab bhi agla stock aayega tab aap scooter le lena, aaj 21 September hai abhi tak nahi pata agla stock kab tak aayega aur kab hume scooter milega, preshaan hokar aaj mene apni booking cancel karwa di. Bahut hi cheap service hai, booking krke agar aap showroom se baar baar vechile k baare m nahi puchoge to wo to bhul hi jaate hai k iss model ki unke paas koi booking bhi hai. Iss showroom se pehli baar koi vechile book kiya tha uska bhi bahut hi kharab experience raha bas showroom ke chakkar lagate raho aur preshaan hote raho, bahut hi 3rd class service hai.
