The showroom is good, and Akanksha Madam's response is also good. However, there could be better follow-up regarding the vehicle delivery. Apart from that, everything is fine.

Very poor experience with Garud TVS. My vehicle has been with them for the last 4 days due to a battery issue, and instead of properly checking and supporting the customer, they are wrongly claiming that the battery warranty is void even though the battery is still under warranty. On top of that, they are asking me to visit another dealer instead of resolving the issue themselves. If customers have to run from one service center to another, then what is the purpose of having an authorized service center? Completely disappointing service and no accountability towards customers.

Very disappointing experience with Garuda TVS. My vehicle has been with them for days because of a battery issue, but instead of properly supporting the customer, they are wrongly saying the battery warranty is void even though it is still under warranty. Their solution was simply asking me to visit another service center. Also noticed that they are encouraging customers to give 5-star Google reviews in exchange for discounts. This makes many of the positive ratings look misleading. Actual service quality and customer handling are nowhere close to what the ratings suggest.

Yha ka staff bahut hi bekar h aur apni baaton se palt jata aur na gaadi k specification and uska variant bhi nhi pta. Malik bhi help krne ka bolke palt gye.
