Don't deserve a single star, worst experience ever. The bus got punctured twice, it ran out of fuel. Charging point wasn't working, staff behavior was pathetic. Ridiculous service 😠😠😠 …

Yesterday i had made journey with Nirmal travel bus from AKOLA to Indore. it was horrible experience Ac of bus was not working infarct driver doesn't want to run AC.Staff is also very rude and unprofessional.They took passengers from highway and reached destination very late.

Very bad Experience AKOLA to indore जो बस हे बोहत बुरी हालत हो चुकी h 27/8/18 को AKOLA से. 8:30 pm को निकली ओर रास्ते मे बस फेल हो गये 5:30 घंटा जो बस morning 6 Am इन्दौर aana चाहिए 12:15 pm को आयी ड्रायव्हर से पूछया कब तक जाएंगे इन्दौर to बोहत गन्धी तरसे बात कर रहा था .. Very Bad Nirmal Travels

this is about the journey from Akola to Indore 1)Full sleeper seat is having a solid soil 2) very unhygienic bus 3)no lights are working in internal cabin 4)booked A.C bus but no A.C is working 5) Drivers are very rude

There is no provision of ZERO star that why I'm givng one (poor). Heads up to the future travellers. Don't ever, ever book Nirmal travel. The staff is shamelessly mannerless. They will left me at the spot of refreshments, & on asking why did they do so??? They replied with arrogance "I run the bus at my will".

Worst experience ever behaviour of staffs is too bad and aggressive they used abusive language, charging port is not working, they claim that bus is A/C but A/C is not working properly, Too unhygienic, bedsheet and blanket is used(not washed), curtain is smelling, female passages are too uncomfortable,both the drivers are drunked,they smoke while driving ,don't take this bus at all,not worth it in free also,very bad experience.......!

Very third class bus no power supply in sockets also the staff behaviour is rude and not supportive And the ticket amount is expensive I didn’t suggest this “ Bhikari type “ bus service to anyone #Bhikaritravelagency

I wouldn't have gave a single Star but there is no alternative. The bus was very dirty, the staff was very rude, resizing voice at the customer. High price for nothing. Worst travels.

Nice trips with guide, also provide good healthy food .Good caring too

I want to give negative star worst experience.. 5 hours delayed I reached my home... No maintenance kabadi bus jitni gaali do km h inke liye gaaliyon ki bhi tohin ho jaaye.... Bus Conductor was drunked......toll nake pe bus roki gaadi k papers driver k pass ready nhi the 1 ghante bus vaha ruki......... Free me bhi le jaye Nirmal bus wale to bhi inki bus me Naa jaau
