RALLY REALLY BAD. The bus was so dirty that we had to get off and miss our journey. Do not take this bus even if an emergency
Pathetic experience, had given a chance I would have rated this in negative. Worst bus, worst bus driver and conductor I have ever seen.
Worst experience, Rude staff, expensive tickets and bus is in worst condition their sliding windows are also not there, broken glass

Most unpleasant journey I have ever had was with Nirmal travel bus. horrible buses, Ghatiya staff They don't even want to turn on AC of an AC bus

Buses not so well maintained...staff was good travelled from Indore to akola

Avoid Going from nirmal bus , bad service, rude staff and charge extra for in hand luggage, i suggest you prefer going walking then going from nirmal bus
Khatiya bus khatiya service aur staff usse bhi zayada khatiya . Avoid traveling from nirmal bass only nirmal thing is the name . Staff nature is terrible
